Humming Bird Ranch
Whenever I use one of these booking apps, my review is a pro and con list. Here they are for Jacob’s campground:
- pros - beautiful place, quaint barn, bridge, and chicken coop, amazing views, sleep right near the river listening to its sound, near a lot of national forests, lakes, and mountains, Jacob is available and welcoming, and it has a clean bathroom and shower.
- con - it is right next to a highway used by semi trucks

Humming Bird Ranch
Really awesome spot (we had campsite #5) which was incredibly peaceful to hear the Yampa river at night. During the day, it lacked shade but we went on a hike near by so it wasn't an issue. Also, Jacob was also really accomodating and communicative. Would definitely recommend.

Humming Bird Ranch
We had a very nice stay at Humming Bird Ranch! Jacob was easy to communicate with, and showed us around when we arrived. Nearby town had gas and groceries. Some of the sites are larger and some smaller, ours was smaller (just right for us as a group of 2) and more secluded. The river was lovely, a calming sound to fall asleep to.
