10 acres overlooking Continental Divide. Numerous gold medal fishing areas are less than an 1 hr drive, 11 Mile Canyon is 20 min ride, Ski areas in Ludington Breckenridge etc 2 hr ride. Food markets, restaurants are nearby as well as post office, and medical services. ATV are numerous and several are "bucket list" trails. Trout fishing nearby is offered nearby at several lakes and streams many are "Gold Medal" fishing spots. Hiking, mountain biking as well!!Pitch a tent in our back area that has breathe taking view of Continental Divide and surrounding mountains. Gold Medal fishing area are extremely close by. ATV trails are abundant, hiking and mountain bike riding as well. Cripple Creek area is 25-30min ride. Grocery shopping is very close by as well Very secluded area with awesome star gazing at night
