Enjoy camping in the mountains on the backside of Pike's Peak with the luxury of not having to set up or break down your campsite! Just bring your cooler with food and drinks along with your basic camping necessities and this site is ready for your use! A little slice of heaven in the mountains for your campsite which is close to many popular destinations! Less than a mile to Mueller State Park, just over 3 miles to Trailhead of Pike's Peak, 5 miles to Horsethief Park Trailhead, short distance to Cripple Creek, and not far from many other popular locations in the area! You will have a high-quality canvas tent with an 18" thick Beautyrest Queen mattress bed that has full linens ready to enjoy the comforts of home while camping. There is a propane fire pit as well as propane 4-burner grill available for your use (there are no open fires allowed outside of this). The tent has a battery station for charging your basic small electronics while staying as well as make your morning coffee! Driveway is a short, yet steep rocky driveway that leads to your parking and turn-around area. AWD/4x4 is recommended, but not needed with good all-terrain tires and proper driving technique (4x4 will be needed in winter months). Access to driveway prior is paved and easy access to everything you come to visit in the mountains. There is a very short hike from your parking area to campsite, but don't forget, your campsite is all setup and ready for you! Just bring your cooler and camping essentials and you are ready to enjoy a camping experience you will never forget!

10 outta 10, highly recommend!
Great setup all around! Would definitely recommend. They thought of it all. The mattress was very comfy and the down comforter kept us warm on a cold October night. Close hiking just a mile away. Be aware, the road traffic is a bit louder and constant than we imagined but didn’t take away from the great stay.

Besides it being a bit rainy it was a very nice place to stay for the night. The bed was comfortable and the firepit was nice and inviting. Across the street from the tent is a horse farm so we got to see those as well

"Glamping" Pike's Peak
This campsite is a hidden gem! The site is ideally located, close enough to lots of trails and mountain towns. Andrew and Elissa have thought of everything from grilling utensils, to a lantern, to an outdoor shower. The bed is extremely comfortable and the blankets kept us warm once the sun went down and the temperature dropped. Being able to sit around the fire and late into the night while looking at the stars was an added bonus. I highly recommend staying here for the ultimate Glamping experience!
