Conveniently located outside of the Colorado Springs suburb of Fountain, this site offers a large flat back/pull in site composed of concrete/recycled asphalt, offering 30 and 50 amp service, strong cell coverage, clear southern exposure for satellite reception, plenty of extra parking for guests or auxiliary vehicles, and a patio area, a view of the front range and Pikes Peak and a quiet neighborhood to safely walk your leashed pets in. Located close to dining, micro-breweries, wine facility, shopping camping supplies, propane and fuel. Breakfast bar/dining area. Feel free to use our complimentary propane firepit, just connect your 20 pound tank (propane can be provided for a fee). Minutes from Interstate 25 and less than an hour to most area attractions to include Manitou Springs, the Mining Museum, The Cliff Dwellings Museum, Cave of the Winds and Adventure Park, Pikes Peak Toll Road, North Pole Amusement Park, Woodland Park, Cripple Creek, Canon City, The Royal Gorge and Bridge, Pueblo, Fort Carson Army Base, Peterson Air Force Base, Schriever Space Force Base, the beautiful Air Force Academy, Pueblo Reservoir, historic Eleven Mile Canyon and Reservoir, and much, much more.This level site is perfect for a Class A, B or C motorhome. Rural Feel RV Pad
My husband and I traveled from Maryland to Colorado in our RV. He is an Army veteran from New York and I am originally from Colorado. I haven’t been home for Thanksgiving in years and this trip was especially meaningful because I was able to spend both my birthday and Thanksgiving with my family. It was truly such a blessing. This May we officially become empty nesters with our youngest of four heading off to college so being able to come home this year felt even more special. We had a wonderful stay. It felt so nice to be home again. The view of the mountains filled my heart with so much love and joy. The blue sky was absolutely stunning and the night sky lit up with incredible stars. I even saw a shooting star. It was breathtaking. JC and his wife were incredibly accommodating and generous to allow us to occupy their space during a holiday and I am forever grateful for their kindness. The location is perfect and makes it easy to get to everything. From one Coloradan to another, thank you so much. ❤️

INCREDIBLE instant book if you are really tired and working near Fountain/Co. Springs Colorado USA. It is so easy to find, Well paved, brand new electrical and amenities, and the hosts are very helpful in directions and leave the gate open and the light on for the late shifters. Really appreciate this kind of hospitality in areas like this with nothing private or similar to it around for under 80 bucks to sleep safely for miles and miles. Will return this season for rest and relaxation. Really happy to see this place on the map.
