Gorgeous views
I loved staying here. It’s a gorgeous property with stunning views. The garden was so fun to look through and they had some fresh garden veggies in the kitchen. Great bathroom/ kitchen access. I look forward to staying again in the future!

What a Gem!
What a gem in the middle of nowhere! Fully equipped with everything you need (kitchen, bathroom, shower) and even some fresh basil and tomatoes if you’re nice to Diane 😉. She’s very welcoming and made my stay absolutely amazing. Enjoy the gorgeous view and visit the Great Sand Dunes National Park about an hour away, worth it.

Beautiful land.Amazing star gazing!
Diane was a great communicator from the beginning. We pulled in late, and it was easy to get to our spot and set up. The showers and kitchen area were beautifully appointed, great vibes all-around, and the starry sky was what better then I dreamt it would be. We love OLT and Everson Ranch. We will be back!

Ranch life
We loved our stay at Everson Ranch. We stayed there so we could be close to Valley View Hot-springs, which are also part of Orient Land Trust. The views from the ranch are incredible, and the farm animals were delightful. Diane provided us with complimentary fresh veggies available from the farm that we used in the breakfast we made in the shared kitchen, and we were able to purchase some fresh eggs. At night, you can see tons of stars thanks to there being no light pollution around. We will be back!

We LOVE this place!!!!
This was an unknown JEWEL of a campground!! We had no idea this campground was even available and when we tried to book a site at a well known place just a few miles from here, we were given the info on this particular site.
It was level, spacious and so quiet!! Besides us, there was one volunteer who was working on a tiny home at the site and Sabine, who is the caretaker of the property. There is an Octogon Building, with a full kitchen (clean up after yourself) and 2 showers/restrooms. This property is on the old Everson Ranch, and you can see the 150 year old barns and outbuildings which need restoration, but it gives you the feel of being on an actual historic working ranch. And the sunsets.....spectacular!! The mountains on both sides of the valley were just lit up, a milion-dollar view!!

Easy and abundant
It is such a beautiful spot, close to hot springs, an amazing naturally built kitchen, and shower facilities. We could set up some of our tents, which did not have good rainflies underneath the big tent. So easy! And the garden is gorgeous and abundant in August.
