The campsite is located on a 10-acre property with a mix of open space and semi-wooded areas. Mesa Verde National Park is just a 5- to 10-minute drive away. The privacy and views are exceptional, and the noise level is minimal, especially if you're visiting from a metropolitan area. The night skies are incredible, making this an excellent spot for stargazing. Mancos, a charming mountain town, is only 15 minutes away and offers a welcoming small-town atmosphere. There are countless outdoor activities to enjoy, making this a wonderful place to visit and experience the beauty of southwestern Colorado.See the gorgeous view of Mesa Verde National Park from inside and just stepping outside the RV. The RV is located on the same property as our full sized home. There is a shared driveway, the RV has its own parking area. The RV is a motor home, it is considered a very comfortable accommodation including two slide-outs, one for the king size bed and one for the dining area. Kitchen table makes out into a bed and there is a twin bed above the captains seats. It is stocked with a coffee pot, linens, towels, cooking utensils, pots and pans. Basic spices are also stocked. Please, no smoking in the RV. There is an outdoor propane fireplace with table and chairs to sit outside and enjoy nature. Enjoy the 10 wooden acres in a rural 2000 acre subdivision. Mesa Verde National Park entrance is 5 minutes away. It is in a central area of local attractions that the Four Corners region has to offer. The terrain is mostly flat and sloping to the south towards Mesa Verde.
