We are RVers and would far rather stay on private land than an impacted RV park; we thought others might as well so we decided to share our property. Learn more about this land: Semi rural property of 1 plus acre to house your RV while traveling or availing local activities; there is a home on the property. Close to Boulder CO and other towns, easy access and quiet place to stay that is not an RV park. RV must be self contained with a toilet. We do not provide one. Generators may not be used, however we can supply 30 amp for a small fee during hot summer months. Water as needed but there is no sewer hookup. This is a short term space and is for seeing the area and visiting people that you know. The camp spot is on 1 acre behind the house. You can enter and exit going forward, however, there is a right angle turn to get in. We will guide you in or drive in for you; there is a Commercial Driver's License in the family.

Lovely people, lovely space!

Susan was absolutely wonderful! I reached out with an odd request to host a group of local high school students, and she and Bruce were so kind and accommodating. They had the fire pit ready and even had space heaters and tables for our team potluck! What a kind and lovely couple of people, and a great space away from the city. I would definitely stay here in the future!

Susan and Bruce were wonderful hosts. So kind and accommodating. The place was level and nice and quiet. They had lots of amenities that we didn’t have time to enjoy, but it was nice to know we could have.

Camping near Boulder Co.

Susan and Bruce's property was perfect for us. We had headed to Boulder for an Ironman race our choice to stay with then didn't disappoint. It was convenient, vwry private with the best hosts. They were very communicative, helpful, generious and great folks to chat with. We had everything we needed for our 5 day stay. Their Norwich terriers were the cutest too. We'd stay again for sure and highly recommend their property.

A Homey Spot in a Campsite Desert

They have a pretty large open area behind their house with some nice camping amenities in one area where you camp. Super friendly and helpful folks. Susan really seems to enjoy getting to know her campers. We have family in the area and have been here a couple of times and I'm sure we'll be back.

Close to Lafayette and Boulder

This is a simple, quiet campsite in the owner’s backyard (big backyard). Susan makes you feel very welcome and the site is nicely appointed with a patio set, chairs and fire ring. We used, and paid extra, for 50 amp electricity and we very safe and comfortable in their site.

Wonderful hosts and a nice little spot, relatively private. Rate was a little high considering no hook ups but you’re paying for proximity to town. Definitely recommend.

Quiet place to park our RV

My parents stayed here and really appreciated the warm welcome and quiet spot to park their RV. Susan was very sweet and informative. Susan was very responsive to any questions we had. The neighborhood was very quiet and they have a nice fire pit in addition to a partly shaded spot.

Peaceful and Quiet Campsite

This was a nice, quiet house in a country neighborhood. Susan and her husband were so welcoming and friendly. The location was perfectly situated between Denver and Boulder so it was very convenient to visit friends in each town. I would definitely recommend this site to a friend and I hope to stay there again when I come to visit.

Great camp site!!

This spot is so cozy and the land is perfect for our pup. We are tucked away from the road, and it’s very quiet. This neighborhood is the cutest also, gives you the “small home town” feel. We are very blessed to have found this great spot. Thank you Susan and Bruce!

Susan and Bruce are the best! Great people who live on a nice property, perfect place to park our fifth wheel for a couple weeks! 35' Keystone Montana, little tight getting back/out but not too bad with Bruce's guidance
