Situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in Indian Mountain Valley, this property offers beautiful views and mature trees. You will be conveniently located just three miles from the community water spring, shower house, disc golf course, community center, and disposal station. The land is also situated near National Forest access and the Park County Gun Range. For local amenities, you are about 30 minutes from Tarryall Reservoir and the town of Fairplay, where you will find the closest shops, coffee, and restaurants. The property is an easy 11-mile drive off Highway 285.There is a circular path for vehicles and campers. There are dispersed tent sites along the north east part of the property in the trees. The property markers are signaled with color markers on the trees at eye level. Please stay within the property markers and leave only footprints behind.
