Earn this patch by being the first to spend a night outside at a new Hipcamp.
This is a private 65 Acre ranch located in Beautiful Chicosa Canyon only 15 miles from downtown Trinidad, Colorado. The dark skies at night are awesome for star watching and viewing UFO/UAP's. There are 2 yurt style tents, and each has a full-size bed on a frame. There is also a kitchenet gazebo with a refrigerator, microwave, plates, cups, coffee maker, utensils, and propane grill. There is also a solar powered water supply and a propane water heater for a hot shower and a flushable portable toilet. The site is completely fenced in so you can bring your pet. There is also a horse hotel available for a separate fee.A beautiful, peaceful and private camp to enjoy nature and have fun.
