Great location with lots of amenities. You do have to carry all your stuff up a steep, narrow path, which for us in tent 8 was kind of a hike. It's a great place though, and was a really good camping experience. You feel way up high on the mountain.

Great community space. But be careful if you’re getting the primitive camp sites. It’s a steep hike uphill from the parking lot and bathrooms to the site. You’ll also not be able to use any space off the platforms due to the steepness so make sure all your stuff fits - we made that mistake. Not great if you prefer car camping. Otherwise great place, location, and friendly staff. Dog friendly and showers too.

A-Lodge is a great alternative to traditional lodging in Boulder. The vibe strikes a perfect balance between rustic mountain hotel, hostel, and campground. Since it was hot during our stay, we cooled off in the pool and enjoyed playing games in the beer garden. The tent platforms on the hillside were a unique touch—just be sure your tent is freestanding. We brought a pyramid tent and had to get creative with how we set it up.
After a relaxing morning coffee, I hiked the connector trail to Bettasso Preserve. Just walk past the tent platforms and keep going. The trail is steep and loose in places, so wear good shoes. The view looking back down Boulder Canyon is well worth the effort.

The location of this place is perfect. The Sauna, pool, and hot tub were an unexpected plus. The room was basic- clean- bare minimum in kitchen.

Loved camping here! It was pretty close to glamping I would say, which was great for a one night getaway!
There is a hot tub, pool in the summer (was not open on memorial day weekend), hot coffee in the lobby in the morning and a nice big propane grill under one of the pavilions that we used. There is also a charcoal grill that can be used, we did not use it on our trip. We really only hung out in our tent when it was time to go to bed.
Also, a highlight of the trip was the lobby and hang out space that was dog friendly so we could hangout inside and have a beer from the bar with the pup while it was raining!

We stayed at one of the tent spots and had a great time—super clean, beautiful views, and a fox showed up like it was the campground concierge.
It definitely felt like real camping: crackling creek nearby, and fresh mountain air
Still, everything felt safe and well-kept, and the vibe was peaceful and fun. Would totally come back—hopefully the fox is still doing rounds

We loved A Lodge - the jacuzzi was so nice on a cold night and I loved looking out at the creek from the tub. The sauna has a clear glass as well that makes it so beautiful to look at the creek. The bathrooms were very clean, with hot water and the lodge was beautiful! We are big fans and will definitely come back to stay again. 🦋🌈😇

While we were only able to spend one night at A-Lodge before continuing our cross-country trip, we can't say enough about the quality of the experience. The facilities are amazing, and even though we stayed in the off-season and there were very few guests, the community gathering space was open and staffed, and we were able to grab a couple of drinks at the bar and relax in comfort.

It’s a gem! We’ve stayed here twice now and it’s the perfect spot if you have a van and want to feel like you are camping in the woods but need to actually be in boulder (less than 10 minutes from where we needed to be in town.) super quiet, decent shower and bathroom, an overall friendly place in a beautiful spot minutes from town.

Great little spot near boulder to camp. Their sistes are platforms on the side of a hill, so you have to hike up for about 90 seconds to get to them. Nothing difficult. There's no good stake points on the platforms but there are posts to tie off to. Not any wind though so it was a non-issie. The lodge has wifi and free coffee in the morning and the creek is very peaceful to sit by at night. I would happily stay again if I returned to the area.

Really nice. So much nicer than the other space we stayed at in Boulder. This spot actually had a shower, pool, hot tub, reception area that had snacks and drinks. And 2 out of the 3 nights that we stayed, there was an impromptu acoustic music jam around the fire pit. And it was very close in price to the first place that had only a portable toilet. The only down side was that it was close to a road and there was the noise of occasional vehicles going by. Other than that, it was ideal.

The A lodge was a very welcoming and comfortable place. For the car site we had access to the shower, toilet, hot tub and pool which were all very clean and readily accessible. I really appreciated the access to hot water to make tea, oats etc. Made life very easy. There are very nice sitting areas and on Wed and Thu night local musicians come and play music by the fire. It was such a wonderful addition to our stay.

This place is beautiful! Plenty to do around here with plenty of lodging options. The staff were truly some of the nicest and welcoming people I’ve met. There’s an awesome trail that connects to the campground. Also, if you’re looking for convenience of being close to things, it is just barely 5 minutes outside of Boulder. Stay here! You’ll love it!

We loved our experience at Adventure Lodge! It is nearby a walking/biking trail that I enjoyed running on in the mornings, which helped me acclimate to the elevation difference. We were impressed with the bathroom facilities available and the coffee in the lobby in the mornings. Thank you.

The site was a great open space, very quiet and a big deck. The site did accommodate our van which is 24 feet. The showers and bathrooms were extremely wonderful. The staff was super friendly!
Communication was a little delayed before arrival.
