Our property offers private, low-impact campsites on raw mountain land with plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the natural surroundings. This is a great fit for campers seeking a simple, scenic, off-grid experience close to Eleven Mile Reservoir, Spinney Mountain Reservoir, the South Platte River, and the Lake George area. The campsites are intentionally rustic. Guests should come prepared for dry camping and changing mountain weather. The area can be windy, dusty, cold at night, and exposed to strong sun during the day. Wildlife may be present, so food and trash must be secured at all times. Campfires are permitted only when local fire restrictions allow, and guests are expected to follow all Park County and state fire regulations. We loved camping on Ryan's land. The views and the skies were absolutely amazing. River access for fishing (Dream Stream) is only 10 minutes away. Lake access to 11 Mile is approximately 15 minutes away. If you love fishing, beautiful views, and open spaces, this is the spot. Winds in the afternoon can become quite dicey, so make sure you are securely tied down and prepared for the weather to change in minutes (it is Colorado). Ryan was quick to respond and sent great pics to help navigate the area. We will definitely be returning!

AWESOME PLACE! First time car camping and this place was awesome. Use the grey camper van as a reference to pull onto the land. Super close to Dream Stream where I fished. There are local bathrooms at the Wilkerton Pass and there was awesome couple that helped me. The night was the best, you see the milky way and the stars are super bright because of how dark it gets here.
