Tucked far away from city lights and distractions, our off-grid sanctuary offers an unforgettable outdoor experience for campers, RV travelers, and yurt-seekers alike. Located in the Santa Rosa Plateau, a mountainous area with rolling hills and scenic views. Choose your ideal retreat: ✨ Secluded campsites under towering oak trees ✨ Peaceful spots by our year-round creek ✨ Scenic overlooks above rolling avocado groves and orchards ✨ RV hookups and a cozy glamping yurt for comfort seekers This is authentic countryside living. Free-range farm animals wander the land, nature calls you to explore, and every sunrise feels like a new adventure. Gather with fellow explorers around the community fire pit, cook in the shared kitchen, and refresh with bathrooms and a hot shower after a day of discovering hidden corners of the property. Free tea, coffee, and WiFi await on the patio — so you can relax or reconnect as needed. Bring the family! Kids can enjoy swings, a growing outdoor playground, and acres of space to roam free. Want to go exploring? Electric bikes and small 4x4 vehicles are welcome for touring our rugged terrain. Don’t forget to stop by the on-site farm store, stocked with food, drinks, and handcrafted goods made right here on the farm, along with products from young entrepreneurs and fellow local creators. And depending on the season, you can even enjoy U-Pick fruit and avocados—straight from the tree to your hands. Creek A: A secluded spot next to the year round creek at the back of property. Recommend Tent or possible overlander van that's 4x4 low lift. Bring your bicycle or e-bike to get there and around or book a ride in our 4x4s. Also accessible by hiking.

Creek Group

Creek Group is located under the oak trees after you walk across the creek. You will arrive to a secluded huge site at the back of property with multiple big spots for tents and a spacious setting for families. These sites are the most secluded and rural, sleeping under the stars and amongst nature. Bring your bicycle or e-bike to get there and around or book a ride in our 4x4s.

Overlook Front is located at the beginning of the property. It overlooks the nursery and groves perched on the hillside. This site is set on top but yet alone from everything else and other camping. It is located to the left when you pull into the ZNZ Farm.
