The property covers 2,000 acres of wild timberland, creeks, and waterfalls and has the South Fork of the Eel River running through the middle from south to north of the property.   The Ranch's, unique event permits is the home to Northern Nights Music Festival AND legacy festivals such as Reggae on the river.   Let us share this special pocket of California with you!
