We loved this spot! We lucked out and got to meet the hosts- Effie & Seth. They are both so kind and friendly and we enjoyed talking with them and learning about their land. The property is quite special. We got to enjoy the gorgeous desert night's sky while feeling safe and comfortable sitting outside. In the morning we climbed up on the rocks and connected with the land and the surrounding area. We have a rear wheel drive Ford Transit van and we were able to make it onto the property just fine. We had a little trouble with some loose sand once on the property and Seth was right there to help us navigate. They also provided some boards for us to use so that we could even out our van for sleeping. We will certainly look them up and stay there again when we pass through the area next time!!

Effie and Seth's place exceeded our expectations! Seth came out to the road on his dirt bike and lead us into camp. He even helped us level our van for the night. the spot is really awesome. It's a crevasse nestled in between and gentle hill and a rock ridge, but it also has a spacious open feel as it opens to the southeast with a wide expansive view of the lucern valley. We watched the spectacular night sky, slept well and climbed to the top of the rock ridge in the morning. Seth and Effie were very friendly and accommodating. Seth is building a bunch of cool stuff on their property and we can't wait to visit again and see the progress and enjoy their little desert oasis!

Wow, what a enjoyable experience my family and I had a blast at Xbones Desert Life camp. It is nature at its finest. Effie and Seths hospitality is unmatched and pleasant, they treated us with respect and have great sense of humor, they are so cool. They have a beautiful campfire that we roasted marshmallows while stargazing and got to see alot of meteors and I think I spotted 2 UFO's which was crazy, nature walked around especially that the camp is next to a rocky hill where we hiked up and got to see alot of gnarly friendly lizards, took my dirt bike and went off-roading and the terrain was perfect for that felt like I was in desert heaven. The desert panorama was breathtaking. We slept in a tent to get the ultimate desert camping experience and was not disappointed. I will be back soon to take some of my nature loving friends. Thank you Effie and Seth, you guys rock.

Very nice and welcoming host. I love their land. I will definitely recommend it to everyone. Next time I will bring my friends to have their first time camping here.

good location. It is close to king of hammer. Nice looking rocks and there are plenty space for big groups. Owner is super nice and building out more. Bathrooms, A frames to come
