Cheyenne's Ranch RV Site is a quit RV spot near Modesto. We were surprised by the presence of a private bathroom, this was a great plus for us! Highly recommended!

While it was nice overall and loved the animals and very clean toilet/showers, I have to say I would be cautious going during summer. Yes mosquitoes are normal but the amount of mosquitoes that were there was shocking. So if you go during summer be prepared to deal with that. Even with spray I was bitten up bad and unfortunately I’m allergic to them so it wasn’t too fun, my husband only got a few bites though but still the sheer amount there was very unexpected. With that being said going during cooler times of the year would be really nice and overall a great place to stop and sleep/freshen up if you’re on a long road trip!

The location is good, but they need to solve the mosquito issue. The place is swamped with thousands of mosquitoes, literally waiting at the door to get inside whenever you go in or out of your RV. You can't stand outside for even a couple of minutes. My family and I got bitten by these mosquitoes, and my wife got sick for the next two days. There is no way the host doesn't know about this and the dirty water with dead fish inside that's probably causing the mosquito problem.

We had a great experience camping at Cheyenne’s property! We arrived super late and Cheyenne stayed up to walk us through where everything was on the property. We camped in our Tesla and took advantage of the 14-50 plug to charge the car over night. Having a bathroom with a toilet and shower was a great amenity! It was extremely clean and Cheyenne provided towels and toiletries. Great place to stop and rest on a long trip!

We got welcomed warmly and very kind by Cheyenne! Not only full hookup but a nice bathroom with toilet and big shower are available. After two weeks of camping that was a very welcome luxury! :-)

I had a quick, in and out stay but the site perfectly met my needs. The bathroom was large and very clean with a great shower. Such luxury! Cheyenne was super nice and gave me a quick tour of the property with all her fruit trees and a little history of the surrounding farming community. Would definitely return!

We went on a two week trip. Cheyenne's place was a great midway point! We stopped on the way down, but arrived late and had to leave early, so we didn't get the full experience of the site...
However, the trip up (our last night of the trip) was beyond words! Cheyenne is such a sweet, kind and helpful person!
We didn't use the bathroom, but it was private, clean and homey!
Cheyenne went above and beyond to bring joy to my daughter and I cant thank her enough for that! And the site itself was glorious! I can say without doubt this was the best night of the trip! Sitting around the fire and enjoying the view was ... just awe-inspiring!
We had a 30ft travel trailer and there was plenty of room to manuver. If you have a chance to stay here, I promise you won't regret it!

The spot itself is nothing special, but it's very clean, the host is very nice, and I felt safe. You share a fence with cows and sheep which is fun. The full hookups, a nice firepit and seating, and a quiet farm neighborhood made it enjoyable. It was nice to take a walk along the orchards and the reservoir canal in the morning. It's along a somewhat busy road, but it's not bad. You can faintly hear the noise of freeways around throughout the night though. The luxury full bathroom was a nice bonus.

We had several mechanical issues at the start of our trip, which made us very very late getting to our spot. Cheyenne was so kind and understanding!
We didn't get to see much at night because of the time. But the directions were easy to follow and hookups where a breeze. The morning brought a beautiful small farm. We were greeted by some sweet sheep and cows and one very scared mom bird!
We didn't use the bathroom or showers but it was nice to know they were there if needed!
We look forward to staying on our return trip and getting there early enough to enjoy the beauty a bit more!

Great spot to stay if you’re in the Modesto area. Quick access to shops and restaurants. Cheyenne was a great host, helpful and responsive. All the hookups you need for your RV and even your own bathroom.

The host was amazing and the site was nice and clean. The bathroom and shower was perfect after a long day of traveling. The animals on site were very cute and eager to say hello when I arrived. Would definitely stay here again!

Cheyenne's spot had everything!! Power, water, dump station, privacy (ex the steers and sheep which were really a treat) quiet, great views, and a sincerely kind and gracious host. This was all topped by the separate building with a recently remodeled "spa quality" bathroom. Walk-in shower, fluffy towels, high end soaps etc. What an incredible treat after a week of RV showers! GO NOW!!

Cheyenne was a gracious and attentive host and the site was top notch. It was super clean, well situated and I can’t imagine you’ll ever find a nicer bathroom. The sheep and cows were fun neighbours and the fire pit was stocked with wood. Highly recommended.

We were so happy with this camp! Cheyenne is kind and thoughtful as a host, the bathroom and shower is lovely and everything about the hook-ups is in great shape and convenient. The location makes it so special, surrounded by almond orchards and livestock, very quiet and yet very close to town. We hope to return and will recommend to friends and family.

Such a great little place! Level gravel, easy plug in for our 8.5 ft van … and the best part, a wonderful bathroom with towels and toiletries! Cheyenne is easy to communicate with and makes guests feel comfortable, as do the cows and sheep in the field nearby (who made no sound during the night!). Highly recommend to other Hipcampers.

We were not looking to stay in Modesto but our truck changed our mind. Limping off the highway we found this gem of a spot nestled in Orchard Farms. Quiet with full hook ups. Cheyenne our host was an absolute joy. Friendly and accommodating. There is only one spot and you look out at a small pasture with a couple of cows and sheep that were very interested in what we were doing. Also great views or surrounding orchards. Love, love, loved our stay. We will be back.

What a wonderful place! Not only is it the best kept and has all that you might need but Cheyenne goes above and beyond with extra touches. The bathroom was luxurious!! My kids thought the cows and sheep were wonderful kindred spirits and my whole family (especially the kids) wanted to make sure we gave this stay 6 stars out of 5 because they loved it so much. We all highly recommend this stay!!!

It was amazing and Cheyenne a very welcoming host. We loved our stay there. We got everything what looked for, hookups AND a very clean (looked like brand new) bathroom!
If you can, order the fresh eggs, they are delicious!

Beautiful views in the morning - the livestock were so cute ! Bathrooms are amazingly nice, although the shower water pressure was not very strong. The host was so kind, assisted me with backing into the spot since I arrived when it was dark and raining.
