Private Hilltop RV Site - Raw Land
Wind Song sits atop a hill on the outskirts of the town of Joshua Tree. This 2-acre property has a 270+-degree view overlooking the northernmost edge of Joshua Tree National Park. 10 miles northeast of the town of Joshua Tree.
Just a 15-20 minute drive to two park entrances, and less than a mile from both the Transmission Sculpture and Joshua Tree Lake and RV Park where the Joshua Tree Music Festival is held biannually.
Break out your camping chair, decompress, and take in the view. Enjoy the soothing, sometimes fierce desert breezes, stargazing, peaceful sunrises, and sorbet sunsets that cast a golden glow on the hills overlooking Sunfair Dry Lake bed below.
Wind Song is best suited for small, private gatherings. RV's only. The campsite is in a graded, dirt "parking" lot on land attached to the property. Be prepared to level your rig. Campers have access to the property during their stay. Absolutely no camp fires or driving on the property. And sorry, no pups, until I can afford insurance for them.

Wind Song Northwest View Point (WSNVP) has a beautiful 270+ degree view facing north, east towards the sunrise, and southeast overlooking the northernmost edge of Joshua Tree National Park.
Make WSNVP your private home base as you explore Joshua Tree and the surrounding areas.

The WSNVP campsite is located in a large dirt lot on Wind Song's property. The fences that house the land open to a beautiful view and people are welcome to explore the property on foot. There are some view spots carved out for your enjoyment.
This is a DESERT environment. Watch your step. There is some cacti, but not much. The ground is sloped and there is soft sand in some places. There's an occasional critter that may slither or run by. Winds can be fierce but damn they're amazing. The sun is HOT. Drink a LOT of water. It's high desert so it's really cold at night sometimes.
Use headlamps and common sense. Be aware of your surroundings. Dress in layers.
Wind and lack of bathrooms are why Wind Song is an RV/Trailer/Campers only site. Benefits of this site include: > Up to 2 RVs/Trailers/Campers, 4 cars, and 10 people can book this site. > $44/night minimum includes 1 RV/Trailer/Camper and up to 5 people. > Option to add on up to 5 additional people and 1 additional RV/Campers/Trailers > Cost is $10/per adult/night.
