Our ranch was a working alpaca ranch. We now are retired and still have our 2 guardian llamas, and chickens. It is quiet out here. Well, except for the cows mooing, roosters crowing, hawks and all the sounds of abundant wildlife like wild pigs, turkeys, jack rabbits, foxes, racoons, and distant coyotes. The night sky is extremely brilliant, bring your telescope! Long walks on our country roads are relaxing with seasonal streams sometimes meanandering, sometimes ravaging by. We are four miles from Hooker Creek Exit, ten miles to historic Cottonwood, and ten miles to Red Bluff. Oak tree studded terrain giving ample shade.There is only 1 available RV site, so you will enjoy a great country experience. The site is 1+ acres with a seasonal stream and great country roads for walks. There are no hook-ups, but generators are permitted. Picnic table and firpit provided!
