Wild Seeds Ranch is a magical little community tucked away in the hills of Dulzura. Beautiful property for tent camping, van life, and a large lot for larger RVâs. The residents are all friendly and the weather is great, cannot recommend enough!

I loved parking my van at the Cozy Corner. Lexi was helpful, kind and understanding. I was able to rest and rejuvenate after my drive from NY. This place and the people were so welcoming, I felt like I could stay forever. I almost hate to give a glowing review because selfishly, I want to make sure itâs not booked up when I come back through!!!!
Met and exceeded my expectations. I will be staying here again soon!!! What an absolute delight!!!!
Clean bathrooms and shower, peaceful garden and koi fish pond, wonderful neighbors, and so perfectly peaceful. Thank you Lexi and co. Sending you all my best til I see you again!

My dog & I loved walking around the gorgeous property- so green, lovely flowers, & koi fish! Lexi was absolutely wonderful, everyone on site was so helpful and nice. The fellows campers were very friendly. I used the RV site with an electrical hook up- it was a nice spot, convenient plug in, Lexi sent specific directions to the location. And GREAT price!!! They have a full kitchen, lounge area, & washing machines available. I stayed for an event 30 minutes away and told everyone there about this place. Definitely check it out!!

The people there are super friendly and welcoming. Bathroom and shower were clean. I didn't use the kitchen. I got there after dark and after the host had gone to bed, I don't recommend arriving after dark if possible. It's VERY dark and hard to see. If Im ever back in the area I'd happily stay there again.

Beautiful, and lush ranchland, my family and I enjoyed emerging ourselves in nature but still having plenty of amenities. Those living on the property were at close proximity to our tent, but we still felt like we had privacy. Even when running into someone they were friendly and we loved getting to know a few of them!

I enjoyed both the land and the sense of community. Shady grove had plenty of shade for my rig and my table and chairs. Wish I had more time to explore all the nearby hikes.

I had a nice stay there in cozy corner with my 14â travel trailer. The spot is kind of secluded, but close enough to walk to the bathroom. Itâs a very nice property with friendly folks gardening, playing basketball and doing yoga. However, itâs not too crowded and people give you your space. Also, the cost is very reasonable.

Lexi and everyone there were very kind to me.
It's far enough from the city to enjoy the mountains, but close enough to drive in for supplies.
The environment created at Wild Seeds ranch is great for healing work through community, nature, & exercise . Especially when the creek is flowing and the giant trees are blowing in the wind, it brings a deep sense of peace and belonging to integrate the experience there.
We really enjoyed the pull up bars and basketball court to help get the day started before adventures to the Ocean and city.

Love my short stay-over at Wild Seeds. I arrived just after dusk and pulled onto the site. It was so tranquil - the evening birds, crickets and other sounds of nature - distant crows đ„°. I slept the best I have in weeks and woke refreshed. I appreciated their off leash policy for pets, my boy Chubbs enjoyed the roaming freedom. We didnât stay long, but we did walk about before leaving sanding Iâm ever in the area again, Iâd definitely return to take advantage of a longer stay. Thanks!
Also⊠I LOVED the winding roads and scenery leading up to our stay.

Overall a decent place to stay for a night or two. Not much space for large RVs and not a really beautiful place in itself. Right next to a Dusty Road which is continuously traveled by large construction trucks and Border Patrol trucks. About 5 or 6 miles from Mexican border. Some BLM land off the road that you can hike on but not too much wildlife and sort of in the middle of nowhere. Don't regret having gone but definitely not going to go back. Artists and musicians live there but not much public interaction as most go to work during the day and then there doesn't seem to be any type of community meals or gatherings.

Omigosh, Wild Seeds is such a special spot! They have a beautiful, peaceful creek area and bonus - a kitchen for the campers to store food and cook. Sadly, it rained on my first day and all my stuff got soaked so I didnât get to fully enjoy the experience and thatâs absolutely no fault of theirs. As a matter of fact, had I reached out before booking an emergency apartment in San Diego, I could have probably made it work to stay with the solutions Lexi tried to provide. Definitely above and beyond. Iâll be visiting again to get the full Wild Seeds experience.
Notable: book over near the kitchen and bathrooms for the communal fun area with easy access to amenities. Across the street (where I booked) is more for completely off grid and secluded vibes. I didnât know this but will be helpful knowledge for next time.

Love this place - the communal areas are beautiful and it doesnât feel crowded. People give you space but everyone has been super nice when you engage. Shower and laundry available, electric hookup in cozy corner works. Great spots to run hills nearby. Pretty sweet place.

The community in Wildseed is almost as beautiful as the environment itself. Lots of curious corners to explore in the day that completely changes at night. The campsite itself was well-kept, right along the creek with a small table, two comfy chairs, and a hammock. If you're looking for inspiration for some artistic venture, you won't be disappointed here.
The host, Lexi, was generous enough to meet me despite showing up late, even helped me offload some of my supplies. After that she gave me a small tour and a map of the area. Top tier host experience.
Definitely looking forward to going back for more. Apparently they also offer a lot of retreats and workshops there if you find them on social media.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Wild Seeds Ranch. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the warmth and friendliness of the people there. They were incredibly accommodating, making my stay all the more enjoyable.

I arrived with no issues. The directions were very clear, no 4x4 needed. The hosts made me feel extremely welcome. They even invited me to their Christmas get together. I didn't know they often do activities together. I'll be more prepared next time. I asked Nicole about their page on ig @wildseedranch. My camp spot, the play patch was level, clean, nice and quiet. They have a small basketball court and archery setup. They also have a trash dumpster on site which is pretty nice. I had to walk across to the lot in front to use the restroom and other services. I really enjoyed their friendly energy. I will definitely be coming back. Thanks again!

Wild Seeds is a true slice of Paradise. I loved camping at Lexi's coliving community.
This community were so friendly, helpful and respectful. Lexi is such an amazing host.
They upgraded me as soon as I arrived. The views were incredible and directions were clear. Facility was clean and well taken care of.
Several shops and food/grocery store within a 15 minute drive through a breathtaking mountain drive.
Next time I'm back in Dulzura/San Diego will definitely stay at Wild Seeds again. Thank you Lexi!
