Me and my wife loved camping in Whiskey Hill Farms!
The place is beautiful, we got a nice spot in the middle of their farm where they grow only ecological products.
Lisa and Mark were super nice hosts! They were very welcoming, they gave us a tour of the farm and showed their produce and shared many recommendations for the rest of our trip.
Lisa even gave us some very tasty fresh fruits and vegetables from the farm as a gift to take away! super sweet :)
I highly recommend this place, you are going to be treated well and have a great time.
Facilities such as bathroom and toilet were clean and accessible.

The site is on a working farm and conveniently located to lots of beautiful spots along the California coast. The hosts were kind and brought us strawberries and offered other fruit/veg which was such a nice surprise. They also brought some portable tables and chairs. We spent 4 nights here camping with another family with kids and sharing the first and second parking spot with a 30' trailer, SUV and 24' van.
This spot is fine for a night or two if you get it for a reasonable rate, but you should be aware of the downsides: 1) The spot is down a hill, not level and may be difficult to navigate for larger vehicles. To get our 24' van level, we needed to park it off of the pavement on a big mulch field. Our friends were on the paved area and had to do extensive leveling of their trailer, which was technically challenging given the space. 2) It is adjacent to a massive mulch operation, so there were a larger number of black flies than is typical camping in the area 3) If you have kids, be aware that there is a large oil spill on the pavement (seen in host's photos), which probably isn't a great place for kids to play.
If you need a place to park your RV and have other things to do/ places to be nearby, this place does the job. The host was receptive to feedback and partially refunded part of one night's stay, but it still felt overpriced vs other places we've camped in California.

I had an amazing time camping with my friends at the whiskey hill farms. Both hosts were very welcoming and let us explore the property freely, We even left with a care package full of exciting fruits and vegetables.

Peaceful farm with a view

Lovely view from Lisa's peaceful parking lot site at Whiskey Hill Farms. We had water and 220 hookups. Availability of a bathroom and shower was nice. Plenty of room for our 26' travel trailer and lots of room to maneuver. Lisa was very welcoming and gave us a very delicious gift of organic turmeric root, cucamelons, golden berries and wasabi leaves grown on the farm. The location was perfect, close to town and easy access to the highway. We plan on returning when we next visit our family in Santa Cruz area.

Camp site for small group
I loved Whiskey Hill Farm!! It’s so peaceful and Lisa was host extraordinaire! She checked in frequently and gave me a tour of the farm grounds. I got to taste a melon- cucumber blend and wasabi. Amazing! Great location- near beaches and redwoods. I hope to return some day!

I loved camping here at Whiskey Hill! It was quiet and the hosts were so kind. I just went for a quick overnight stay on my way to Santa Cruz and this spot was perfect. Can’t wait to come back and stay again!

Mark and Lisa were excellent hosts. Great communication. Lisa gave us some exotic fruit to try. We enjoyed our stay. The site was private and secluded.

Whiskey Hill Farms Group Camp
We requested a last minute reservation and ended up on a site with a view. Mark gave us a full tour of the grounds of the organic farm complete with a tropical rain forest and wasabi/tamarind. They just opened as a camp site and are still distilling so expect farm gear laying around.

Awesome farm with Berries, Wasabi, and exotic fruits!
Lisa was great at communicating and Mark was friendly, which he gave us a tour around the farm.
He let me try Golden Berries and Wasabi!
Wasabi leaves are really good and doesn't taste like Wasabi paste, Unique!

Camp site for small group
Neat experience staying on a farm. It was quiet and peaceful. Mark and Lisa were welcoming and friendly. Trying out some of their farm's produce was cool. The flush toilet and shower were a bit of a walk from the campsite so that might be an issue if you have small children or mobility issues.

We loved staying on this organic farm. We had the rv site with electrical and water hookups, the views were great. Lisa was super nice and accommodating. We even came away with some tropical fruit! We will be back.

The camp hosts were kind and accommodating to our needs. The site was clean and more than private. We would highly recommend this option to anyone looking to camp in the area, we will be back.

All-in-all we had a lovely time.
Camping on a farm is fun but they're not set up as much as they could be for campers. They told us they're just getting started so I'm sure this place is going to evolve into a wonderful campsite.
Pros:
Very friendly and accommodating staff

Close to La Selva Beach and others
When we arrived they had a leveled out pile of mulch as our site but it smelled like fish manure so they moved us to a road on the edge of their farm. The location was somewhat private, had pretty level ground for our tent, and we had ripe blackberries growing right next to us. Also, we could get water from the opposite end of the greenhouse next to us.
The downside was that the bathrooms were really far away which is not optimal for kids who aren't good at telling you they need to go in time to walk so far.
They have a hot indoor shower but the water temperature fluctuates a lot while you're in there.
The "jungle" greenhouse reminded me of farms in Mexico because of the papaya and banana trees.
Once they have a pool and hot tub available, I'm sure this place will be well worth the price.

Lisa and her husband were wonderful hosts. We liked our site and the camp so much we exte ded a couple days. Great location and people. We highly recommend staying here, we will be back.

Choice of sites, ours was on the property farm road and had a lovely 180 degree view over farmland and coastal mtns. Private setting made even better when Mark brought over a picnic table for us to use. Left with some Wasabi and Pepino melons, so good.

We enjoyed our 3 night stay. Lisa and everyone was so welcoming. Good honest people, they showed us things they grew on their land and even let us sample. Our camp spot was private and really nice view. We look forward to stay again!
