The property is located 2.5 miles from the stunning Northern California coast. The property is a beautiful coastal redwood forest, scattered with coastal native rhododendron trees and many developed gardens. In the center of the property is a tiny house that offers a view into a deep fern-laden redwood grove and year-round creek. The property is backed onto the famous Jackson Demonstration State Forest with hiking/biking trails. Enjoy a soak in a private hot tub after your days adventures. Note: This property is under construction at the top main house. This guest house is finished, but will be expanded in Spring 2025 to double its size. It currently offers a bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom (adding a TV entertainment room and living room in Spring 2026). There is a large, spacious deck for outside meals and hanging out, as well as a sunken hot tub. There is also a private pergola available for campers' use.There is a small 10 x 12 bedroom with a queen-size bed as well as plenty of room for folded & hanging clothes. There is a smart TV, and wall heater, and a ceiling fan. You are down in the redwoods, so it does not get very hot, but it can get a little cool overnight. There is also a 10 x 12 kitchen area with seating for 5. If you wanted to pitch an additional tent on the deck, you could. The deck is 16 x 30. There is a small bathroom with toilet, sink, and shower. On the deck is a four-person hot tub.
