Toaster oven, microwave, large griddle, gas BBQ, utensils, flatware and other sundry kitchen ware. Large fenced private yard. Access to shared shower/toilet and laundry, and comes with your own private outdoor patio space. Access to BBQ area, as well. HWY 680, 280, 4 and 24 are close by. Market nearby for essentials.
