It's nestled into the center of one of the most historic areas of the California gold rush and centrally located near many interesting places near by You'll be only across the street from downtown Rough and Ready 10 minutes from Grass Valley 15 minutes from Nevada City 15 minutes from the Yuba river 10 minutes to spaceous Penn valley park Historical cemetery down the street Just off highway 20Small cozy 2 bedroom country house with outside area and barbecue space. Plenty of parking, and near beautiful historic areas and river spots.

The Rough and Ready Rustique
Great Place!! Had everything I could have needed. Very clean & comfortable. Host was so friendly and explained all about area. Lots to do in the little town. Will definitely be back, recommend with a 5 star rating

The Rough and Ready Rustique
I really enjoyed my stay at Travais Rough & Ready Rustique. A perfect spot! Clean and comfy. All the amenities one could need. The place has lots of character & history. I Walked a short way and found a cute old time decorative mining town. The host was kind and attentive. Will definitely be back.
