AWD recommended and is required in wet rainy season. Kayaks and ample eggs provided . Rent an extra E-bike to get easy access to the lake shore hills. Explore BLM and Reclamation land along the shores of New Melones reservoir near Angels Camp. Horses, goats, sheep , and chickens await you on every fence line you come to. Kayak on the waters below as you camp on our fully vineyard-fenced 20 acre private acreage. Our land is surrounded by 100’s of acres of lake front - public Federal lands surrounded by our private acreage and great neighbors you’ll never see. Portable rented toilets on site at parking areas. Propane available on site. Gas fire pits available at request .

Eggs, 3 kayaks on shore, (NO FIRES IN SUMMER SEASON AWD recommended and is required in wet rainy season ) propane fire pits available at request . 🔥 Rent a E-bike from us and ride to the local winery tasting 5 miles away and trails to the water below easy. : AWD recommended on rainy days. Site 1 is looking at the sunrise on a beautiful flat 40’ x 120’ gravel pad. Electric plugs there with non-potable water. Kayaks are tied on shore a 1/4 mile away hiking distance . Enjoy plenty of fresh eggs from the chicken coop at the camp site. 3 goats a dozens of sheep with their babies roam the hillside on 20 acres of our working farm. Views are breathtaking everywhere. Enjoy the solitude . 6 horses will greet you on most fences . Entire 20 acres is vineyard fenced and cross fenced to keep dogs and animals safe. Dogs are to be on a leash since we have 4 here and too many animals loose such as chickens and baby lambs guarded by the 3 large white guardian dogs, Italian Maremmas. Collect your own dozen maybe 2 dozen eggs fro the chicken coop to take with you. Portable rental toilets right on site.

Rent one of our local E Bikes to cruise the hills , local winery tasting 5 miles away and trails to the water below. Nobody comes near, 6 miles off the nearest highway, mountainous and rugged as it’s a dream to see. (NO FIRES IN SUMMER SEASON)🔥 Let the horses, sheep, lambs, goats, and chickens while collecting your own eggs for breakfast. Kayak in one of our kayaks on the shore anytime. Walking trails cover 100’s of acres along the shore as well. Propane gas grill available to use on camp site. Portable rental toilet located near the chicken coop.

(NO FIRES IN SUMMER but propane fire pit is next to the tree fort with propane on site)🔥: This tree house is a 2-story cabin in the trees with the best view in the tri-county area. Sturdy loft has a twin size bed with ample room for 2 adults and a child. 2 people can nap on the couch. If tent space is needed for more than 4 people there is ample flat ground. . Gather your own dozen eggs if you like. 3 kayaks are on shore waiting for your late night or early morning paddle. Wine tasting at Prospect 772 Winery is just down the private road. Guardian dogs roam the farm in 3 different areas keeping everyone safe. A fenced area below the cabin hosts sheep with their friendly guardian dog that keeps any lions and bears away from the newly born lambs. Electric plugs are there with non-potable water. Kayaks are shore a 1/4 mile away hiking distance . Enjoy fresh eggs from the 60+ chickens in the coop below. 20 sheep with their babies roam the hillside on 20 acres of our farm. Views are breathtaking everywhere. Enjoy the solitude , walk the BLM trails , walk our trails, or make your own trail. 6 horses will greet you on most of the fence lines . OUR Entire 20 acres is vineyard fenced and cross fenced to keep dogs and animals safe. A gate at the bottom trail must be shut when walking to the lake to prevent animals escaping or entering. Close gates tight. Occasionally our dogs will escape but they come right back after joining you on the shore. Be respectful and cautious with all of the animals . Don’t chase chickens . Take a dozen eggs if you’d like. Keep your dogs on a leash to avoid any attacks on the baby lambs, horses, and chickens that run free everywhere. Text us when you arrive and leave so we can avoid animals escaping . Super Charging stations are 10 miles away in Copperopolis . A mini-fridge is available there if you need to refrigerate perishables . Propane provided on the BBQ grill and a Blackstone griddle . A toaster and all kitchenwares pots pans silverware are there: please wash your dishes as you use them . Portable toilet is right at your parking space .

Trails to the water below are a hill to walk down . (NO FIRES IN SUMMER SEASON but propane fire pit is available with propane on site)🔥: This cabin is a 10 foot by 12 foot cabin in the trees with the best view in the tri-county area. If tent space is needed for more than 4 people there is ample flat ground. Bring a sleeping bag or blanket for extra guests . Gather your own dozen eggs if you like. 3 kayaks are on shore waiting for your late night or early morning paddle. Wine tasting at Prospect 772 Winery is just down the private road. Our 3 friendly Italian Maremma guardian dogs roam the farm in 3 different areas keeping everyone safe.
