This is a clean site in a quiet little neighborhood. Proximity to everything Pasadena is within minutes. Our 17’ Casita & Honda setup fit with plenty of extra space on the hosts site. Clean-out was convenient.

Worked great for us!
We loved the Docking Bay. So close and convenient for all our activities. The host was easy to contact , quick to respond and happy to accommodate us. We would definitely stay here again. Neighborhood felt safe and parking was easy to access.

Jo was a super lovely host.
We were at our worst - arrived very late, ran the power generator late at night, had dogs in her yard - just a big hectic family and she was super sweet. Sorry for being the more difficult guests - we appreciate your hospitality and slept great!

Great spot to park our skoolie for a couple of days while we explored LA! The little dog run in the back was awesome for our pups. Despite the house being in a neighborhood, we still felt like we had a ton of privacy. Jo was so great! Very attentive and answered all of our questions speedily. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice little spot in a convenient location. Easy in and out parking and very flat! The view of the mountains in the morning is nice as well. There is a fire pit and picnic table and the space is spacious and comfortable.

Perfection
Great experience , wish we could have stayed longer. Very Accommodating on a late arrival, assistance in parking, meet and greet at door within tips on where to go the next morning. Beautiful landscape, private, and dog run. 100 percent recommended.

Camping IN the city!
The space was soooo great! Jo was very hospitable and answered all questions right away. We were camped in the driveway in our RV but felt that we had a lot of privacy. Everything was clean and there was a great firepit/picnic table that we didn't use bc of the heat wave. Our dog was very happy in the dog run.
The place itself is close to everything in LA - well a half hour from most things, like everything else in LA. It's within walking distance of a yummy coffee shop, food, laundry. I'd totally recommend it and will be staying with Jo whenever i'm in LA!

Such a peaceful spot :)
Absolute best host and absolute best stay!! We were in the area for an event at the Rose Bowl. Parking/access was seamless and everything was so nicely curated. I love the outdoor space they created.
Also, loved the peak of the mountains in the distance. Will definitely return!

Wonderful SoCal Setting.
Jo's property is in the cute town of Altadena, a hop, skip & a jump from downtown Los Angeles. The property is immaculate, & the neighborhood appears very safe & is quiet @ night, as I slept with the windows open. Jo is welcoming & friendly. There is even easy parking on the street for your towed vehicle, if you bring one. Overall, Bay 94 presents itself very well, & I highly recommend it when visiting the area.

Mountain oasis in the city
Jo and Eddie’s space was perfect! It was like our own private little escape in the middle of the city. We chose the super size option, which allowed us to park our rig in the driveway leaving the whole dirt space to enjoy. They have a fire pit with fire wood that was nice to use on one of the cooler nights. The space is very quiet and you are right up against the mountains with nice views. Both Jo and Eddie were beyond accommodating and courteous, and it was a pleasure getting to know them throughout our stay. Unincorporated Coffee just down the street is a must.

Superb Hospitality!
Jo and Eddie were fantastic hosts! Their hospitality was impeccable. The perfect mixture of friendly and present, while giving you privacy during your stay. The site was clean and charming, the neighborhood was beautiful and featured nearby restaurants, shops, etc. I will most definitely be back!

We had a fabulous stay here! We were visiting family in Pasadena and stayed for 8 nights in April 2022. Since we're new to RVing and weren't sure about fitting our 26' Thor Vegas into the gravelled area, and since we were staying for an extended time, we opted for the upgrade which allowed us use of the driveway, electricity, water and sewer. In addition to the gravelled area, there is also a nice raised area with a picnic table and firepit with firewood. We had a BBQ with family there one afternoon and it was perfect! We rented a car to get back and forth to family, and there was a parking space for that, too! It's a nice, quiet neighborhood, but you can quickly get to shopping, restaurants, etc. Jo was a most gracious and flexible host and was wonderful about communication by text/Hipcamp messaging, both ahead of time and during our stay. Cannot recommend Docking Bay 94 highly enough and would definitely stay again!

Perfect nest in LA Area!
This place is amazing. What gracious hosts! The area is very quiet and the property is spotless. We would book this again in a heartbeat! Added bonus is it smells like a spa all the time. Just like a fantastic bar of spa soap!!

Directions to find were easy. Despite a Residentail area felt a sense of privacy with fence and dedicated space away from host house. Jo and Eddie were welcoming friendly and helpful. Fire starter kit was above average and the Porto potty tent, and landscape design all above average amenities.
