Great local weekend getaway spot. Wanted to get in a practice run before a longer trip this summer and this was the perfect way to shake out the cobwebs. Jacqui was a wonderful host and even figured out a way to provide us with some dry ground to land on despite the steady rains.
The dogs loved having a fenced in yard to explore and some local "wildlife" to bark at too (a squirrel, cats, neighbor's dog).
Very quiet neighborhood and the weather dried out enough for a fire pit on the last night.
Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect spot if you're traveling through Los Angeles but don't want to stay right in the city. Level spot, water and electric hookups available, and safe neighborhood. While it's not secluded, it is private, pretty, and on well-maintained land. Vert quiet and peaceful, we slept great there. Jacqui is the perfect hostess. She made herself available if we needed anything, while also giving us total privacy during our stay. The rate is incredibly reasonable, I couldn't even find campgrounds in the area at the price of this spot! Next time we're in the SoCal region, we'll definitely book this spot again.

Perfect spot for the whole family. Jacqui is very nice and her space is very quiet. Enclosed yard which worked perfectly for our dog. It was pouring rain so we stayed inside (the parking area isnt cemented, the ground was muddy). But with better weather there was a table and chairs available which would be nice to use the firepit and sit outside, or run around with my daughter and the dog. The electrical and sewer hookups worked wondefully and we had access to wifi. This was a very pleasant stop to recharge and give our rig a break. Definitely will be coming back. Thank you Jacqui!

Had a wonderful 4 night stay on Jacqui's site. She greeted us upon arrival and provided an adapter to upgrade our power. Her site is private and fenced in, which was great for our dog and toddler. Communication with her was easy and prompt. Would definitely stay here again when in the area.

We loved our stay at Jacqui’s land. She was accommodating with our late check in. We appreciated that she described the place exactly how it is. Good neighborhood, felt safe to sleep the night especially since area is enclosed. There’s a Dennys less than 5 minutes away and a old school in n out right around the corner

As many have said, Jacqui is a fantastic and thoughtful host and we are so grateful to have stayed at her beautiful and peaceful lot! Great location with proximity to everything, but also Right around the corner from a challenging hike with beautiful views and there’s a beautiful pool and trees and flowers on the lot, hummingbirds, sunsets with mountain views etc which we enjoyed on the day we didn’t go anywhere. Our dog loved it too! We look forward to staying again! Thanks again Jacqui (and Karma) for welcoming us!

This is the secret gem for lux camping near LA. Complete hookups on a single quiet spot in a very nice neighborhood. A fenced oasis for your furry family member. Seems to be the best for us in the area. Jacqui is friendly and super helpful. Thank you Jacqui. We will see you again soon.

This was my family’s first experience with HipCamp, and we are new to RVing. It was a wonderful stay with quick communication from Jacqui! We needed a 30 amp adapter for the power, and she had that ready for us right away.
Do note that if there are heavy rains it will likely be muddy, but I knew what we were booking when I made the reservation. Just make sure to bring your rain boots to get dirty!
We would definitely stay again, and weather permitting, add on the pool package. What a gorgeous oasis!

Jacqui (and her pup Karma) were perfect, friendly hosts. This location was easy to find and access, it was clean and level, and it had ample room for our 21 foot camper van. The views were great, the amenities worked perfectly, and the location was peaceful and relaxing. Jacqui had excellent communication before and during our stay, and answered all of our questions. This is a fantastic location for anyone traveling through the area.

Great location! She was super friendly and accommodating. All the hookups worked with no issues. Hollywood was about 30 minutes from us (hit and miss because traffic) Santa Monica was about an hour.
It felt very private and was a safe area.

Our experience was good. We have a large 5th wheel so it was very tight getting into the drive way on a narrow street and a little dusty for me. Our host was very nice and accommodating.

We couldn't have asked for a better place or a better host. It was a little difficult backing into the yard, but that was us. Once in the yard...it was great. The dogs were happy being able to run around. Nights were cool. It was easy to find and close to everything we needed. Thanks.

Besides a perfect secluded spot in a busy, beautiful city, Jacqui was very accommodating. Any request we had over the month we were there, she happily helped us out! The pool is the best pool we have personally ever been in and it’s definitely worth a dip if you decide to book this property! We will definitely be staying with Jacqui again in the future if it’s available! The hook ups were perfectly placed and worked amazingly. The private front entrance to our rig in the corner of the lot made it feel like our own private get away! Not to mention the beautiful landscapes. :) Thanks Jacqui!!

We loved camping here; we enjoyed the nice, secluded, peaceful feel to the property as well as the convenience of being near all the attractions of the city. Jacqui was a great hostess and we would definitely stay here again.

Had an absolutely amazing time at Jacqui’s—perfect base for a weekend in LA as it was easy to hop on the highway to any area we wanted to get to. Communicating with Jacqui was so easy, and she even helped set us up with an extension cord when we had the wrong adaptor for the hook up. This place is an absolute gem for anyone traveling through LA.

Wonderful host, had an emergency with my toe vehicle during my stay and had to go to the shop, and she was so accommodating and understanding. The space is peaceful, with a beautiful green back drop and peaceful sounds from the water fountain at night. You forget your in town. Spacious yard, private. You don't get this in an rv park! Overall amazing stay, and life saving accommodation.
