This fantastic 1989 Thomas safe-T-liner partially converted 38 foot school bus with antique gymnasium hardwood floors is a true gem and most of all has good vibes throughout!  LOCATION- Located 3 miles from downtown Joshua Tree. The bus camping area is a little down the hill from our home on 2 acres. There is a giant beautiful shed between our home and the bus camping area for more privacy (NO one will be accessing the shed during your stay). You will be the only ones using the bus camping areas, outdoor shower, and camping toilet.  The bus is located in a small awesome Joshua Tree neighborhood. Houses are far apart from each other but you may occasionally hear dogs and cars.    SLEEPING AREAS- King bed in the back with a tv. Twin bed in the front. The 3rd bed is set up upon request. It will be a floor twin (the red and purple chairs in the seating area will be removed to accommodate the 3rd bed). WORKSPACE-  Good sized desk with a chair near the back of the bus. You may also like using the dining table and chairs as a workspace. OUTDOOR SHOWER,  AND CAMPING TOILET- The shower is located OUTSIDE in an enclosed wood, metal and canvas structure.  The camping toilet has a wood base with a toilet seat on top. A bagged bucket will be located inside of the wood base. GUESTS are responsible for changing their own bags and throwing them away in the trash can provided. We will charge a $50 fee if this rule isn't followed. We will provide toilet paper, bags and a trash can for the camping toilet.   WHAT WE PROVIDE- KING bed- 2 blankets, 4 pillows. TWIN beds- 2 blanket, two pillows. Fan and electric heater only (no AC no bus heat). You can open some of the bus windows and the two doors for a breeze. It's the desert... It's hot in the day and cold at night.   Mini Fridge, Microwave, Electric Tea Kettle, French press, Dishes, Utensils, BBQ. Toilet paper, camping toilet bags and a trash can.  BRING YOUR OWN- Towels. Toiletries. Shower shoes. Food/drinks/Ice.  Extra blankets if desired (the desert gets cold at night).
