Greeted by your own private security, driving up through double gated entry you will arrive to your own exclusive private resort. With plenty of parking, property includes restaurant style dining with commercial kitchen and sushi bar (private chefs available upon request for extra fees) outdoor pool & jacuzzi, outdoor fire pits, hiking and biking trails, cabanas, lounge chairs, fully equipped BBQ/Bar on 13 acres with unobstructed scenic views of Los Angeles National Forest. Enjoy hikes in the morning, lounge by the pool during the day, relax and star gaze in the evenings by the fire pits while sipping wine and making s’mores.
Guests will have access to the whole property. Late check-ins are not a problem as long as you inform the host prior to your arrival date.
Host lives close by and will always be available to help you with anything you need during your stay: while allowing you to enjoy your complete privacy. Please expect our Pool man and Gardner on Thursday mornings before noon to maintain and service the property.
For special occasions and requests simply give us a "heads up" at the time the reservations is made. We will do everything possible to assist in making your stay memorable. For events, gatherings, filming, please inquire with us for special pricing and our policies.
House Rules:
All guests must be registered at the time of booking. The maximum number of guests is 20. UNREGISTERED PERSONS are not permitted on the property without prior approval of the host and will be enforced and denied access by the security personnel. PETS are allowed on the property for a pet fee of $200 per stay. (Please no pets on beds, furniture or the pool area).
No Glassware is allowed near or around the pool area. We provide plasticware that may be used outdoors to be enjoyed by poolside.
Pool and spa heating is available for extra fee of $700 per stay for the pool, $100 for the spa. Guest must give 48 hours notice prior to check in.
No Charcoal BBQing allowed at the property.
Smoking is strongly prohibited by law Los Angeles Municipal Code Section 41.50B 18b as the property is located in a high brush fire zone area.
Please let us know if you will be arriving late. Failure to contact your host by 11pm on your arrival date will be considered a forfeiture on your part and no refunds will be given.
Hosts are not responsible for weather, any sickness or injury that occurs to guests while on the premises. Please be cautious at all times since we’re surrounded by nature where you may encounter wild life.
Please note: to ensure the safety of our guests, and monitor/enforce our house rules, we have security cameras located at the property’s common areas. Violation of our house rules may result in immediate eviction without refund.
