This old barn has been reinforced and remolded to attract renters for specail occasions such as weddings, parties etc.
A bar area with small fridge, wine fridge, 2 nice portable restrooms, and sink on property. a nice dressing room area that can be utilized as a place to sleep if you dont like the open feel of the barn. Bbq for your use, running water, electricity throughout the barn as well. We offer utensils, napkins, paper products for eating, basic toiletries in the restrooms. 2 blow up matresses if needed upon request. You are able to utilize the patio area with table umbrellas, and seating with lights above. Or seating near the barn with picnic tables ,umbrellas and wicker furniture.
Situated on 55 acres of almonds you can go hicking and exploring on the back property that leds to other agricultural properites. Next door we have a popular bakery thats been around for years, Bloomingcamp Ranch. They have delisous food , pond and fountain and seating to have a nice breakfast, lunch or early dinner.White Blossom Ranch is a working almond ranch, easily accessible located on a main hwy 120-108 (Gateway to the Sierras) on a beautiful almond ranch in the "Cowboy Capital of the World" We are located in East Oakdale on your way to the sierras, perfect place to take a pit stop before heading on to your destination. California State Routes 108 and 120 (Tioga Pass Road) intersect in the city. You can watch the sun come up over the mountains in the mornings while watching the cows next door in the pastures. On your arrival you will be provided with informational brochures of what to do in Oakdale, dine etc. Oakdale is located on the Stanislaus River in the east-central portion of the San Joaquin Valley, adjacent to the foothills of the Sierra Nevada. Possibly your coming for rodeo in April? Might need a place to stay or park your RV. The ranch is privately location if you chose to camp deep in the orchards. The road circles all the way around the property which allows easy in and out. You can hike and nature walk over 70+ acres and take a walk next door to Bloomingcamp Ranch which has a beautiful pond, picnic area as well as their famous bakery. Even a playground for the kiddos. Right across the highway is river access with a park, playground, picnic and bbq areas. Here in Oakdale we have Woodward reservoir , Valley Oak recreation area, Horseshoe rd. recreation area and Oakdale recreation area. All have river access and paths for nature walks. On friday nights we have concert in the park in the months of may-sept. Also every wed. night we have a farmers market with all the local produce and goodies. Up the highway is the sweet town of Knights Ferry with its historic covered bridge. Traveling north the next town will be Jamestown you will see some of the most beautiful terrain in California. The famous rock called Lovers Leap marked by an American Flag. White Blossom Ranch offers a unique experience.... Serendipity Paint , a paint class on wood! Paint and sip events which won best in the 209. If you choose to participate in a paint class it can be arranged before hand by speaking with Lisa or can also be spur of the moment. Serendipity Paint offers painting classes and events , unleash your creative side by being guided to paint your masterpiece on wood! not canvas. This rustic experience takes place in a beautiful unique barn Serendipity Barn that also offers special event bookings. Options of tent camping, sleeping bag under the stars or in the barn. Or your trailer and or RV. The property is yours to decide where you want to pitch your tent. You can camp near the home or venture a bit into the orchards so you are still close to the patio area which has the bbq , seating etc. The home is not a busy home and you will feel at home here. I only host one group at a time. You are welcome to camp anywhere on the property but will be far away from the amenities and portable toilet. Also No fires are allowed anywhere on the property except the designated fire pit near the patio and house. On the property we have pieces of scraps of wood for burning or you can bring your own. In the patio area of the barn you will have a sink and all supplies for cooking. Coffee pot with coffee , sugar, hot plate and your plates, napkins, cups etc. Also in the barn is a hot and cold water dispenser and frig.
