We arrived late and Arnold still greeted us and helped us settle in! This was the perfect stop on our way into Yosemite the next day. There was a bathroom to freshen up, and the site was level and easy to maneuver around. Nice spot and kind hosts. Thanks!

Really friendly host, beautiful spot and our son had a wonderful time looking at the animals. It was a great stop off en route to Yosemite.
There were lots of options for parking spots and everything was super clean.

Arnold and Marta place was exactly what I needed and looking for. It was a quick stop over night and had my own space. I sent up my tent on flat ground near the barn where they had tables and chairs. I woke up to a morning breeze and beautiful view of California vast land. They were helpful and nice. I showered up in the morning and hit the road. I would stay again.

This was a beautiful area with fruit farms on one side, fields on the other and views of the mountains in the distance. Not too far from town but very quiet at night. You could hear the coyotes at night which was really cool. We met the alpacas who are hilarious and rocking their own odd personalities.

Perfect location! Close enough to the highway and plenty of space park to our campervan for the evening before heading out early to continue up to Yosemite. Very friendly hosts and would highly recommend for a quick stay. Loved meeting the alpacas and pups!

Arnold and Marta were so welcoming to their beautiful alpaca farm. Arnold met me when I arrived as he was about to feed the alpacas. He allowed me to help which was so super cool! The alpacas had just been sheeted a few days before so we’re not all fluffy but still super cute. Then it property is expansive and I took a walk around with Marta. I would definitely visit again!

The positives are, conveniently close to Fresno and not far off the highway. It feels like your in the countryside. Quit and away from the city lights for A peaceful stay.
This location is not really finished. No designated parking areas or even an area to put out lounge chairs to have an outdoor coffee or glass of wine. No alpacas and you feel like you’re a little bit in the way.

Such a great weekend! My bf and I love alpacas so we were thrilled to find Marta and Arnold’s place. We stayed for 2 nights, spending the second day out in Yosemite. Marta and Arnold were wonderful hosts, really accommodating and welcoming. The Alpaca tour was great as well. Very informative and fun. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay the night. I was on a road trip to pick up my fam and wanted to camp out of my wagon. I was able to park in their rv driveway, use the restroom, and make myself some food. I arrived late in the evening with no issues. Arnold and marta were very responsive to text and communication. The next morning i woke up early, made myself some coffee on my Coleman stove. Arnold came out and we talked about family and alpacas while i drank my coffee.... great, relaxing morning on their property. Would definitely come back!!

Marta and Arnold's place was wonderful! The yard with the alpacas and sites was setup very nicely and had lights that kept the outdoor space lit when the sun went down. The amenities are as outlined in the listing and their dogs are absolutely wonderful! I would definitely recommend their place - within driving distance from Sequoia (where I went for the day) and would visit again in the future when I am in the area.

This Hipcamp has the most amenities I've seen (like access to a real shower 😭) and is great for groups or meeting other campers. Nights are quiet and peaceful if you don't mind a few animal calls. It is important to consider in your daily schedule that you essentially must leave the property whenever both Arnold and Marta leave for work, which they'll inform of before booking. Apart from that limitation, five stars!

We really enjoyed our stay. Marta and Arnold were very kind and welcoming. The alpacas were adorable and the doggies were so sweet and fun! Will definitely be back again!

Great place to overnight on the way to Yosemite! Although we didn't use it, there was an awesome outdoor area to do all your cooking. Marta was very helpful and friendly. Dog people will love her 3 white GSDs and feeding the alpacas was super fun! It is very quiet and peaceful at night except for the occasional barks of hunting coyotes and you WILL hear roosters at the crack of dawn. Highly recommend!

Me and some friends came out to camp with the alpacas after our reservations to Sequoia were cancelled. Marta and Arnorld were friendly and so was their puppy. The backyard had everthing we would want in a camp kitchen. I also loved the fact that there was little to no light pollution at this location so I was able to catch some shooting stars!! I would definitely camp with them again if I had the chance.

Don’t expect to see alpacas. Your campsite is a fenced in back yard.

Arnold and Martha accommodated a last minute booking and late arrival which was greatly appreciated. The location is central and perfect if you are on your way to the Sierra (Yosemite, Kings or Sequoia). And the alpaca experience was great. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks.

Marta greeted me when I arrived a little later than planned. getting set up was smooth and I highly recommend walking around with the Alpaca. They are so fun and its great to spend time with the animals. I will definitely drop in on them again in the future. We enjoyed coffee toether in the morning.

The place was a very beautiful experience for me and my 9 y/o Daughter, she got to walk Jr, and learn from Marta & Arnold valuable information about alpacas, she had crafts and activities for her, so she was very very happy.
The view of the starts from the camp site was mesmerizing and the dogs at the property topped the experience even more :) I highly recommend this campsite for families with kids, or animal lovers couples!

This would have been an incredible camping experience without the alpacas. That being said, learning about them and camping out all night next to them made it magical.
Arnold and Marta are wonderful hosts and were there for any needs we had.
Fantastic and unique experience I would sign up for, again, in a heartbeat.

Marta and Arnold were awesome hosts and their place is beautiful and has everything you need to get a way. We stayed one night and grilled burgers before packing up and heading back to Yosemite.

Marta and Arnold were wonderful hosts! Very convenient location if you’re interested in hiking in Sierra National Forest like we did. The alpacas and dogs are ADORABLE. And there’s Yahtzee, so it checks all the boxes. :)

My 3-year-old enjoyed the company of the familiar—dogs—and the unfamiliar—alpacas. My spouse and I enjoyed the cool desert breeze and open surroundings. Really nice hosts!

Arnold and Marta are some of the kindest, most hospitable people we've ever had the pleasure of meeting. Their site is amazing and we definitely recommend doing the alpaca walk! The alpacas and 3 dogs were so great to be around. Definitely was a refreshing stay.
