This large parcel of land is the perfect spot to set up your RV or van. Located in the "banana belt," the area is known for being sunny and fog-free. This is not primitive camping; we provide access to high-speed internet, water, and electricity. While there is no sewage dumping on-site, a remote toilet is available for your convenience. We are located just 2.5 miles east of Highway 1, a short drive from the beach. This is the ideal base for those looking to enjoy the coast while escaping the crowds. Access is easy, and a senior shuttle into town is available for only $3.00. The property is exceptionally quiet—you won't hear the Skunk Train whistle or the hourly church bells here. It is just a 100-yard walk to the forest, with plenty of room for up to four RVs.Flat parcel of land.
