We are located in the charming town of Sonora, CA! 🌲🏞️ Our property is the perfect place to camp, or park your RV or van for overnight stays. We have one RV site with full hookups (supports 50 amp & 30 amp), as well 1 campsite available. There is plenty of room for parking your camper van as well if you don't need any hook ups! Our price includes access to several shared amenities to make your stay comfortable and convenient, including potable water, electricity, toilet, and wifi. Also included is a firepit, plenty of outdoor seating, an outdoor play structure for kids (under the age of 7), ladder ball, horseshoe pits, bocci ball, and corn hole. A large gazebo provides plenty of shade on hot days, and has power and a mounted bluetooth speaker. ***For an additional fee, you can upgrade your experience with access to our outdoor grilling area, indoor shower (w/private entrance), and laundry amenities. If interested, ask host upon arrival.*** Our property is surrounded by nature, and is close to Yosemite, Columbia State Park, Old Town Sonora, Melones Lake, Pinecrest Lake, Dodge Ridge Ski Resort, and many other beautiful places to explore! Our property is not polluted by a bunch of light, giving you the chance to experience tranquil evenings under the stars. Sonora is a beautiful town that is a hub for outdoor enthusiasts, with plenty of hiking and biking trails nearby. It's also an ideal location for those looking to explore the historic Columbia Gold Rush Town. A lot of family friendly activities within a short drive. While in Columbia, you can visit one of America's most famous candy shops, Nelson's Columbia Candy Kitchen! We take pride in providing a clean, safe, and welcoming space for travelers. Large RV Site

We loved how beautiful and peaceful this site was. They had so many different amenities to make your stay better. It was also pretty close to the national park as well. Very accessible and easy to find. The owners were very attentive to any need we had or could have and were extremely nice. All around great experience and would definitely stay here again.

Peaceful and Private

Mariam and Damon were excellent hosts. Their property is private, peaceful and beautiful. The outdoor shared space is perfect for hanging out in the evening. The goats and chickens were so cute. The private bathroom was amazing! Damon was very accommodating and lent us an adaptor for our electricity and a WiFi extender. One morning my husband woke up with a high fever and chills and Miriam offered us theraflu. Even though the home is relatively close to the space it still felt private. It was our first time using Hipcamp and it was a great experience. If you are looking for a home base spot close to Yosemite or Sonora this is a great option.

We truly enjoyed our stay on their beautiful property. Miriam and Damon were fantastic, friendly hosts, and made sure we had anything we needed. We enjoyed the firepit on several evenings on the fully furnished patio. Conveniently located just over an hours drive from the entrance to Yosemite, and so much to do and see in the area.

Comfortable Camping in Sonora!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We recently had an incredible stay at Miriam and Damon's property in Sonora, CA! Their hospitality was exceptional, making us feel instantly welcome and safe. The site was easy to navigate and packed with thoughtful amenities that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The designated pad for our tent was ideal, providing a stable and convenient setup. We were thrilled to have access to a clean bathroom, a sturdy outdoor table, a cozy fire pit. These amenities added so much convenience to our camping experience. Our young children were especially delighted with the playset w/ swing and ladder ball which kept them entertained and happy. One of the most memorable moments of our trip was gathering around the fire pit to roast hot dogs and marshmallows. This simple activity created wonderful family memories that we will cherish for years to come. The property's location is unbeatable, offering easy access to town and being just over an hour away from the breathtaking Yosemite National Park. Miriam and Damon's place truly made our trip enjoyable and hassle-free. Their attention to detail and genuine care for their guests made all the difference. We highly recommend their Hipcamp to anyone looking for a fantastic stay in Sonora. We hope to return someday and create even more wonderful memories!
