Really enjoyed her place, she was a great host and made an amazing breakfast, provided us all the firewood we needed and had an amazing space. Would definitely come back again

Magical Stay 🐞
My boyfriend and I came up north for our anniversary and we were so happy that we found this place! Julie and Ray were such amazing hosts ready to help us with anything we needed. We stayed in the all inclusive tent and it had everything we needed to be comfortable! The bed was so comfy and we had a little heater to keep us warm through the night. Julie made some delicious muffins and breakfast enchiladas in the morning so no need to worry about cooking breakfast. The space is so gorgeous. The photos do not compare to seeing everything in person. If you want to be completely immersed in the woods and have the company of the sweetest hosts, then you have to stay here. Their cute dog Bella will also give you a tour of the forest! Thank you so much for everything! We will be back soon.

SkyWanda Sanctuary in the redwoods!
Ray was a great host, he made sure we were settled into our campground and helped us start a fire at night, even bringing down additional firewood later on. As relatively newbie campers, we appreciated the easy access to the indoor/outdoor kitchen and common areas, and it was nice to have a real bathroom nearby (not to mention WiFi if you dare to look away from nature and the beautiful redwoods). The evening was cold but peaceful, and we had a delicious waffle breakfast the next morning. Ray also showed us nice hiking trails nearby and the resident dog Bella literally guided us the rest of the way. Thanks Ray and Julie!

Lovely gem in the forest
Julie‘s property is beautiful and the tent complete with warm queen bed was a delight in the rain. Julie and Ray are masters at hospitality. Her frittata breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had and my dog so so happy! I look forward to going back in the future with friends and family.

We had a great time! The hosts were generous with their firewood so we were able to have a nice fire and the breakfast the next morning was so so good. I’d highly recommend for a little camping getaway!

Excellent gateway with kids
This is our first hipcamp experience. Julie is a great host. Ray did everything possible to make sure the guests are taken care off. It was pouring rain the entire weekend but we still had a great time. Breakfast is superb. The fireplace and cozy living room made a great place to play games. We will definitely come back. This is the backyard of Alice’s restaurant and the food there is exceptional.
