The host was friendly and honest. The creek and location was nice too. Unfortunately the beds had loose dirt/crumbs on them and it didn't seem like any of the sheets, pillows, or blankets had been washed recently. Getting from the parking area to the cabin was a bit difficult while carrying some items (especially at night) as the ground wasn't level, lighting outside was limited, and the grips on the ramp to the cabin were worn/falling off. The cabin itself doesn't accommodate much more than the bunk bed inside of it. (Neil was straightforward about this once we arrived, but it was a bit too late.) The tight space forced us to leave some items outside, and take turns dressing and getting into our luggages in the morning. No hard feelings on our end, we just would've liked a little more safety and cleanliness.

This site may be great for some but there are a few details you should understand first. The location of the room itself is not well marked for arriving after dark, we had to call the host late and have him come show us where the room was. I think it may be better for 1 person as the loft was a bit creepy and the ladder wasn't' great (we just pulled the second mattress down). The toilet is just a port-a-potty and it isn't super close so going late at night was a bit creepy. The shower looked like it might have been cool but we weren't there in the light to check it out, not sure if it had a sink, we used a hose outside to brush our teeth. Good location, close to the highway and it had the basics but in the dark it was a bit creepy and very close to the main house. The host wasn't responsive through the app to provide any helpful info for our late arrival but he did answer the phone when we called.
