Pool use included. Lots of pool toys. BBQ and sun lounger chairs. Private but close to redding. Close to Sacramento river. Family friendly or adult friendly. 420,/smoking,clothing opt, night or day bookings accepted. No to many rules just be respectful and keep as you found.We create more than a hip camp it's a hip experience !Big pull in gates. At least for a class a and possibly class A but would have to back up. Huge pasture. Organic grapes,fruit trees,and community garden. Amazing well water. Deep pool with plenty of play toys. Pet friendly. Electricy and water hook ups. Close to redding but feels like out in country and lots of privacy.

Wonderful and peaceful place to stay. Kevin and his family are so friendly and kind. They are full of helpful information about the area and genuinely good people. The pool was nice, too, on those very hot days! Thanks again! Definitely recommend as a great place to stay.

Very peaceful and Kevin and his family are kind, welcoming, very helpful, and full of information about the area. Would definitely stay again and recommend others do too. Really enjoyed the pool as well on these hot days!

Perfect lil spot to be close to everything but tucked away enough to be relaxing. Pool was amazing on those hot days. Sweet family, very accommodating and helpfully kind. Looking forward to booking there again.
