What an AMAZING place this was! My son and I stayed for a weekend here and had such a nice time. The property was well kept, the yurt was beautifully decorated and the little “kitchen” station had everything we needed for meals. The bungalow was super cool and would be a great amenity for a large group visiting. The star of the show was the sunset spot, an unbelievably GORGEOUS place to witness at the end of the day. There was even a super cute swing to sit and enjoy! I will definitely be planing a visit here again. Thank you for the wonderful experience and memories! ♥️

This secluded Hip Camp spot was amazing! They had a lot of things to offer like the sunset spot, star gazing, and a pond. The host was very responsive and helpful for had to revise my revelations a couple of times. Would recommend this place for its uniqueness.

The yurts and view was very nice. We had a minor issue with the lock on our hurt, but the host responded to our message quickly and came and fixed the lock within an hour of it being reported. The host was also very knowledgeable about the yurts and was happy to talk about how they got them and their yurts options while they were fixing the lock. Overall the experience was great.

Beautiful yurt! It was very cozy and well-equipped with everything you would need. The grounds of the camp are beautiful and have a great view of the surrounding mountains. Check in was easy and the host is very responsive.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay. The yurt was cozy and thoughtfully decorated - but watch your head on the low door! Though there aren't hiking "trails" per se, the grounds are gorgeous and peaceful. It's about 30mins down a winding road to get to the park, and half of the way is unpaved. Would stay again.

Took my husband and dog to enjoy a few nights glamping in the yurt after a week of mountain camping. This property was absolutely stunning, the sunsets were magical and the yurt was cozy and very warm. Bathrooms and hot water heaters are brand new and exceptionally clean. They were still tweaking water temperatures and when asked to make showers hotter the owner took care of the request fairly quickly.
The owners were lovely and very dedicated to maintaining this property. The camp is still being renovated and I believe they are building many new things to come that will make this place even more magical.
This camp is truly a retreat. A place to go and relax for a few days to unwind. Honestly, I couldn't believe how amazing the sunsets were. Just stunning. 10/10.

The yurt was so beautiful! The hosts were lovely, the rec room was fun and the views were great. It wasn’t super warm with the space heater, but warm enough for sure.

This yurt stay was great! Very cozy, but bring your own blankets and pillows. They provide sheets and pillowcases. We loved grilling right outside the yurt :)
We arrived when it was already dark but everything was well marked and easy enough to find.
Very close to Kings Canyon and Sequoia NP.
We would stay here again!

Sequoia Highland Camp was an awesome retreat to unplug and enjoy nature. The owners were quick to respond and very helpful with answering any questions we had before arriving. We’d happily stay in cabin 8 again the next time we visit the area.

We had such a good time staying in one of the Yurts at Sequoia Highland Camp! The yurt and bathrooms were very clean and tidy and they had everything that we could have needed. Being able to cook on their BBQ under the stars was an added bonus. It is also such a convenient location to hop into Kings Canyon to go hiking each day. Will for sure be staying here again!

This place is awesome! The yurt was comfortable, beds were nice and the BBQ outside was clean and ready to use. The rec room was super cool, foosball, pooltable and comfortable couches to sit and play boardgames. Also the sunset spot (a few min walk from camp) was absolutely breathtaking. I'm definitely coming here again!!!

Really unique property and The Shack was perfect for combo with car camping. I loved the cows that roam the property, the shower and bathroom amenities were great, and the views and sunset were magical. Overall thrilled with the view experience!

With only just over a week, I made a last minute decision to take a Labor Day weekend trip with my 2 sons (9, 12) to Sequoia. We are a scout family so we camp regularly. But I did want to make this trip a little special. The yurt was exactly as described. I did anticipate the yurt would be warm this time of year and I had planned to take a fan but I forgot. I admit I run on the warm side. My boys didn’t have an issue with the temperature. The beds were comfortable, linens clean, everything in the yurt was clean. We were all very pleased. The communal toilets and showers are campsite like, but we are used to it. I would like to stay again during a cooler time of the year. Very glad there was availability with such short notice on this very busy weekend.

The property has an incredible spot for the sunset and it is really immerse into nature. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The yurt was beautiful and had all confort. The only negative thing is that the shared bathrooms should be taken care a bit more. But anyway we really enjoyed our stay here!

The location was stunning and we truly felt immersed in nature throughout our stay. It was very private. We enjoyed the sunset spot and picking blackberries by the lake onsite. However, it would’ve been great if there was a tap right outside the yurts as we had to go to the communal bathrooms everytime we needed water simply to wash our hands for example, which could be inconvenient at times. Overall, great experience though!

Awesome and simple yurts for a good nights rest right outside of the National Park! Comfortable bed, clean inside, roomy and nicely decorated. Definitely cooler inside than the pictures even show!

We loved our stay here in the cosiest yurt. The sunset view was amazing, the Highland camp is so peaceful and tranquil we had the best nights sleep. The host was responsive and helpful from booking to throughout our stay.
We will definitely be back and I highly recommend this stay and being so close the NP.

My wife and I loved spending almost a week in a yurt here during our honeymoon. The location was amazing as it was just 20 minutes away from Grant Grove. The camp provided all the amenities we could possibly ask for. Fast communication with the owners. The activities they provided were enjoyable and the sunset view was gorgeous. The yurts were cozy and very unique. It was a phenomenal stay!

The Yurt was comfortable and beautiful with a painted wood structure and an assortment of rugs on the ground. There was also an amazing view of the sunset on part of the property and several large nets to lay on for stargazing. I would love to come back again.

Stayed two nights in on of the yurts to go to Sequoia and Kings Canyon
Pros- Comfy beds, yurts clean, liked having a mini fridge to bring my own food for the parks, loved the sunset area with a swing they have set up. Loved all the wildflowers on the property. The instructions they send out before are really helpful and all the signs made it easy to find even in the dark without service. Loved that they had wifi spots on the property
Cons- Bathroom stalls and showers are not exactly the cleanest. Bummed they don't allow fires. Wished my yurt had a cutting board and knife like the intro book said it would, I had to cut up food with a butter knife lol. Overall I thought it was nice but overpriced for basically slightly fancier tent camping. $350 for two nights when I could have tent camped in the park for $40 a night and have a fire.
I think the cabins were adorable looking and would book that next time!
