Great, wholesome stop!

Creekside Secluded Space

Robert's place was well cared for with a nice cabin off to the side of his main property. He was a very friendly host who was patient with our later arrival. We would recommend that guests be respectful of this space, Robert is putting a lot of time and energy into making this more of an organic, wholesome site. He has fruit trees, a large garden near the main house and an outdoor shower for guests to use. We'll be sure to reach out to Robert if ever in the Redding area and would recommend this hipcamp site to others!

Rustic and quaint stopover

Secluded peaceful country-cabin

Wonderful location, not too far from the freeway, but a secluded and green little oasis (at least in spring... in mid/late summer probably hot and dry). Good place for a quick road trip stopover, if you'd prefer to avoid a motel. Perhaps a bit more like *actual* camping than some might prefer (tip: bring your sleeping bag or bedding & there's a portapotty), but everything you need is available in terms of facilities, including a bathhouse with hot water for a shower. Host is hospitable and friendly, and gave us an impromptu tour of the garden, which was lovely.

Centrally located, very functional

Secluded peaceful country-cabin

This is in a really central location, very close to Redding, Lassen, and Shasta. It is a fairly small space, so probably fits a single person better than me and my girlfriend. Nice grounds, with a pretty little fountain or two. Portapotty is clean, and shower is newer standalone and private.
