Simple private campsite on 10 acre hillside meadow (no tent provided) 10 minute walk into Point Arena, and 15 minute walk to the 22,000 acres of public cliffside trails for ocean view exploring on foot or bikes.Simple private campsite on 10 acre hillside meadow, 10 minute walk into Point Arena, and 15 minute walk to the 22,000 acres of public cliffside trails. _______THE SPACE_____ Come stay at our secluded, yet accessible, 10 acre mountain-side campsite in beautiful Point Arena. If you do you'll be among some of our first guests as we are just getting this area fully setup. Here are a few things you should know about the space: • Currently there is no running water at the site or permanent tent • We have a simple open-air outhouse with adequate privacy, however we do not have a shower at the location. • No wifi at the site, however cell service is generally fine for most guests. • As this is a campsite, you should bring all your own equipment, tent, bedding, and flashlights etc. Though we have a picnic table and fire pit, you should be prepared to actually campout here :-) • Tho you can pull up and park pretty close to the site, you won't be able to actually bring your car and RV right up close to the site or picnic area. You'll be parked ~30-40 feet away • We recommend you arrive before dark as the site is not currently lit. We will do our best to accommodate you and are here to answer any questions you may have via message. You’ll find a picnic bench nestled under the trees looking out over peaceful sunrise views, with plenty of space to bring numerous personal tents. Centered in the campsite is a fire pit with an attached grill on a swivel. _____GUEST ACCESS_____ When you enter the property gates you’ll find a vehicle accessible trail to the right. Slowly follow it down hill until you see the space to park a few cars on the left, nestled between three pine trees just next to the campsite. You'll have access to a large open meadow and the high school is nearby where you can play soccer or tennis. we are a 15 min walk, or 2 minute drive from the 22,000 acre Stornetta public lands. You can bike ride, run, or walk on the trails and enjoy the sunset or a picnic, or hunt for mushrooms, etc. there are also several sandy beach options 15 minutes or less from the property.

Amazing setting
A perfect spot couldn’t ask for more seclusion or an easier in and out. Benjamin and his helper were always available if needed, but everything was very straightforward. I intend on using the spot again in the future.I

beautiful spot, read carefully
Ben’s campsite was really beautiful. This was an awesome spot for a group of campers who want to be close to the sea bluff trails and (small) downtown of Point Arena. However, there is NO tent provided here - contrary to the photos and the information given to us prior to our stay. We were never told ahead of time that the permanent tent, as shown, was removed from the campsite. Jen, the property manager, was fast and communicative. She saved the day and brought us a tent within 30 minutes and for that reason I will gladly recommend this site to others. Ben provided great instructions and recommendations that made for a peaceful stay and easy for us to find the campsite. Jen took care of the rest and in total, it was 10/10. It was a lovely stay. Thank you for having us!

Point Arena Camping
This campsite is awesome. It's nicely nestled in a little clearing of trees on the property which makes it feel so hidden away and secluded while still being really close to town. The area around the campsite is all walkable and beautiful. The property managers are also really responsive and provided very clear directions about how to get there.

We really enjoyed the privacy and large campsite that Benjamin's land offers. He was responsive throughout the stay and provided very detailed directions to make sure we could find the site. The tent & mattress provided also made things easier, having it ready to go when we arrived was very convenient and was much larger than the tent we own. Having the large space was great for our dog too!

Beautiful, Rustic
It’s a neat spot, but rustic. Beautiful, secluded, plenty of parking and space for our big group (10). No water at the site so come prepared for that. Dirt road going in- I wouldn’t want to brave it in/after wet weather. Host was very helpful and kind. I would go again in the future.

Secluded Campsite in Point Arena
We absolutely loved this spot in Point Arena and would recommend it to anyone, but we especially recommend it if you have dogs. I camped in my rooftop tent and my friend stayed in the yurt. We each had a dog with us. There isn't anything else near by so it was fine to let the dogs be off-leash, which if you've camped with a dog you know this is a special treat. There was an out-house. They left us with soap, water, firewood, and toilet paper. The directions were very clear. The yurt was really comfortable, screen windows for ventilation. The one complaint is that the batteries for the pump for the air mattress were low and the air mattress has a small leak.
