We loved our time here! We had 8 adults and 2 kids. 6 tents! A little squeezed but we loved it. Plenty of parking for 5 cars. Benjamin’s instructions were very clear on how to find the spot and he was very communicative on any questions we had. Got to do some surfing during the day and come back this cozy and secluded site. Overall very happy with our stay. We will keep this in mind for future trips!

A perfect spot couldn’t ask for more seclusion or an easier in and out. Benjamin and his helper were always available if needed, but everything was very straightforward. I intend on using the spot again in the future.I

Secluded Campsite in Point Arena
Ben’s campsite was really beautiful. This was an awesome spot for a group of campers who want to be close to the sea bluff trails and (small) downtown of Point Arena. However, there is NO tent provided here - contrary to the photos and the information given to us prior to our stay. We were never told ahead of time that the permanent tent, as shown, was removed from the campsite. Jen, the property manager, was fast and communicative. She saved the day and brought us a tent within 30 minutes and for that reason I will gladly recommend this site to others. Ben provided great instructions and recommendations that made for a peaceful stay and easy for us to find the campsite. Jen took care of the rest and in total, it was 10/10. It was a lovely stay. Thank you for having us!

This campsite is awesome. It's nicely nestled in a little clearing of trees on the property which makes it feel so hidden away and secluded while still being really close to town. The area around the campsite is all walkable and beautiful.
The property managers are also really responsive and provided very clear directions about how to get there.

We really enjoyed the privacy and large campsite that Benjamin's land offers. He was responsive throughout the stay and provided very detailed directions to make sure we could find the site. The tent & mattress provided also made things easier, having it ready to go when we arrived was very convenient and was much larger than the tent we own. Having the large space was great for our dog too!

It’s a neat spot, but rustic. Beautiful, secluded, plenty of parking and space for our big group (10). No water at the site so come prepared for that. Dirt road going in- I wouldn’t want to brave it in/after wet weather. Host was very helpful and kind. I would go again in the future.

Secluded Campsite in Point Arena
We absolutely loved this spot in Point Arena and would recommend it to anyone, but we especially recommend it if you have dogs. I camped in my rooftop tent and my friend stayed in the yurt. We each had a dog with us. There isn't anything else near by so it was fine to let the dogs be off-leash, which if you've camped with a dog you know this is a special treat. There was an out-house. They left us with soap, water, firewood, and toilet paper. The directions were very clear. The yurt was really comfortable, screen windows for ventilation. The one complaint is that the batteries for the pump for the air mattress were low and the air mattress has a small leak.
