Sagewater Premium Room (King)
This motel was spotlessly clean and charming in its 50’s decor. The hot-spring fed hot tub and pool were a treat for soothing morning kinks and post-hiking aches. The bed was comfy and the grounds were wonderfully quiet. French press coffee maker was a treat. Staff were terrific and restaurant recommendations were right on point. The location was great and we felt secure within the enclosed courtyard.

Cute room and clean. Easy check in and out. Loved the mineral pool while gazing at the very dark starlit sky. It was so nice to already have coffee from a local source and a great French press in the morning. Surprised by the tiny kitchen. I would give a bit of feedback on the beds. If you like a soft bed this room would have been tough on you. I was dead tired so I slept but my friend did not sleep well as the beds are pretty hard. But nice linens and pool towels. Otherwise I would recommend.

Cute and retro!
Sagewater Standard Room (King)
Absolutely adorable little hotel. We were given the wrong code to get in the front door and someone answered our call right away to help us get in! The room was so great and cozy. We loved the pool and hot tub. I was in town working so my girlfriend hung back at the hotel to enjoy the pool and the owner came by and was so nice. She gave us banana bread she had made and told us to enjoy the pool even after we checked out! I’m only bummed we didn’t get to stay longer! We’ll absolutely be making a trip back to just lounge and enjoy the hotel when I don’t have to work.

We had a wonderful stay at Sagewater! It has such a quiet, peaceful vibe and vintage decor and was walking distance to a few cafes and restaurants in the area. The operators were friendly, accommodating and responsive! The mineral pool is clean, warm and lovely!

Sagewater Premium Room (2 Queen)
Sagewater was a very lovely place to spend a weekend. Simple, very clean, and the water felt amazing. Sunsets from the pools were beautiful! One note, make sure you check what kitchen equipment your room comes with, as some have full stoves and some just a microwave. Would definitely go back and stay here again!

Non-working spa and no coffee

I was dissatisfied that the spa was not working. It had hot water coming in but I was told that the jets would come on at 6 pm - and they never came on. After a long drive, it would have been nice to have a good soak with the jets running. As it was, we just had a nice soak. Also, when I messaged the host about the jets not being on, (- it being after 6:30 pm) I got no reply. The kitchen looked nicely appointed, until we found that there was a coffee machine and filters, but No coffee! When we asked, we were told that it “wasn’t available at this time “ !???! Requests were not responded to in a timely fashion-or even (in some instances, at all!) It is a beautiful space and those are my only complaints. Loved the pool. Dissatisfied with the spa (no jets running).

Great Get Away for the Price

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Sagewater. We loved the ambience, furniture and atmosphere of the place as well as being clean and comfortable. The king bed we had was very comfortable! The pool was great as well. It was nice having a heated pool and adjoining spa. We plan on visiting again.

A great place to unwind
Sagewater Standard Room (King)
Sagewater is such a cute place! Very modern and looks exactly like the pictures. The hot springs pool/hot tub is the perfect remedy for achey muscles after a long day of adventuring. Would 100% stay here again!
