We settled here in 2002. As Custodians of this land, we wanted to share the beauty of this place. Hipcamp seemed like the perfect way to bring people here to enjoy. Learn more about this land: Peaceful and private RV camping under the oaks with picnic table, fire pit and Adirondack chairs. We currently have two sites on our property. They are about 300 feet apart and not easily visible from each other. The original site #1 has water and electric hookups. Our newest site #2 is a dry spot. It has a beautiful firepit, new table and Adirondack chairs with absolutely breathtaking views. Property is fully fenced; both sites are next to an open field under the oaks with vineyard, olive orchard and mountain views. This property is 30 miles from Paso Robles and almost perfectly centered between Missions San Antonio and San Miguel. Lakes San Antonio and Nacimiento are close by. Coastal towns of Cayucos and Morro Bay are about an hour scenic drive, passing many wineries along the way. There is space for multiple RVs or additional tents sharing your party's RV restroom facilities. Site one will accommodate twelve people and multiple vehicles. Site two will accommodate eight people and two vehicles. For larger group size we ask that that you book both sites for groups up to 20 people. We have hosted many family reunions and the feedback has been 100% positive. Please feel free to message us with questions.

#2 In the Oaks with Mountain Views
This was our second visit and this time had the pleasure of meeting Jeff and learned about the property and history of this beautiful property and surrounding vista views. Camp sites are meticulously maintained and perfectly located so that at each site you would never guess there were neighbor campers on the other side of the knoll. 5 star accommodations!

Perfect stay for me and my pup!
A perfect stay midway on my trip up SF. Susan & Jeffery's property is beautiful and the site is perfectly outfitted with a level pull-though pad to park, hookups, fire-pit, adarondaks and they were even nice enough to leave me some fire wood. I'll be back for sure!

This was an amazing camping experience! Good thing the directions are very accurate because it is way out there which is part of why it is so great. Beautiful spot with wonderful views both day and night. No city lights so spectacular moon and star watching. Jeffery and Wes were fabulous hosts checking how we were doing , showing us more places to ride our bikes, bringing us great firewood and really made us fell welcome. Electricity and water made it even nicer! Highly recommend this spot!

#2 In the Oaks with Mountain Views
The directions were spot on. And it was so simple to pull in, stay the night and head out the next morning. The landscape was so serene with so many birds chirping and flittering around. We even heard the occasional moo from a neighboring cow. Our pups loved being able to roam off leash. Thank you Sarah and Jeffery for a wonderful stay!

Hidden gem!
We had a great time at Susan and Jeffery's land. We parked our RV in a beautiful, special and quite place. It was a very restful night followed by amazing breakfast views.

Beautiful quiet countryside
Absolutely beautiful serene country side nestled amongst some vineyards and rolling hills. Super easy in and out trailer/ rv access. They allowed us to use our generator which was great because it was a bit of a warm weekend. Lake wasn’t too far of a drive and we enjoyed some local wine tasting during our stay too. These hosts were wonderful!!! I would definitely come back.
