Peaceful and private RV camping under the oaks with picnic table, fire pit and Adirondack chairs. We currently have two sites on our property. They are about 300 feet apart and not easily visible from each other. Property is fully fenced; both sites are next to an open field under the oaks with vineyard, olive orchard and mountain views. This property is 30 miles from Paso Robles and almost perfectly centered between Missions San Antonio and San Miguel. Lakes San Antonio and Nacimiento are close by. Coastal towns of Cayucos and Morro Bay are about an hour scenic drive, passing many wineries along the way. There is space for multiple RVs or additional tents sharing your party's RV restroom facilities. Site one will accommodate sixteen people and multiple vehicles. Site two will accommodate ten people and two vehicles. For larger groups we ask that that you book both sites. We have hosted many family reunions and the feedback has been 100% positive. Peaceful and private RV camping under the oaks with water and 30-amp electric service. Fenced area next to an open field with vineyard, orchard, and mountain views. There is a firepit with tree stumps as seats, an 8ft picnic table, and Adirondack chairs. There is an additional 30-amp outlet for a second RV, two additional 110-volt outlets, and two additional water spigots for your use, making this site perfect for small groups, family reunions, etc. There is also a shared NEMA 14-50 outlet for electric car charging. Beautiful spot with fire pit, electric and water .. very peaceful. Deer wandering around, great sunrise and sunsets… It’s far from anywhere so if you want hiking or amenities it’s 20 miles for that but for relaxation and peace amazing!!!

I've been to this Hip camp several times now. It provides plenty of space with beautiful views, and for better or worse has perfect cell coverage (Verizon). Jeffrey and Susan are always available via the app though they to not come to meet you, which is nice for getting away. Camp sites have water and electric hookups, shady areas for seating, fire rings and, did I mention, both have beautiful views? Can't recommend enough

This site is nestled among beautiful oak trees in the central CA countryside. It's private, away from others, and provides great amenities for the price, including multiple electric and water hookups. The fire ring, chairs and table make this a cozy and comfortable place to spend a few days! Hosts were incredibly responsive and made sure we were well take care of! We're already booking our next trip to this site!

An awesome getaway in the vineyard covered hills. Only two campsites on the property, so it feels private. Water and electricity hookups made camping with a travel trailer perfect. The site comes with all the amenities you will need; a fire pit, grill, seating, lighting, and great views. I’d definitely recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

Great spot - half way to LA down the 101. Nice views, good amenities, very private. Even has EV charging. I would definitely stay there again.

Camping here was so serene and left us very content! We happened to be the only campers so enjoyed the space fully. Would recommend for sure if you want to get away from noise and be secluded.

Second time at this site (#2) and it still delivers. There are two sites, but they are far away enough to have complete privacy. The amenities are great. I would return and recommend this spot again. Next time I would try site #1.

Quiet, secluded. Great spot for star gazing. There are only two campsites and they are far enough apart that you can't see or hear the other campers. Lake is nearby.

Susan and Jeffery have gone above and beyond to make this an excellent place to stay in your RV! My friends and I loved the set-up: plug in ability, water, table, chairs, fairy lights and a beautiful vista of the hills and vineyard, and more. We found it the perfect spot to stay on the way through to Monterey/Big Sur. The sites have been placed in such a way that you have total privacy too, which was nice.

Quiet, peaceful, getaway!

We stayed at the Vineyard Mountain View site and had such a wonderful experience. The setting was absolutely beautiful and incredibly peaceful — the perfect quick getaway. The site felt private and quiet, with stunning views and a relaxing vibe. It was also easy to get to and simple to find, which made the trip even smoother. My dog loved it too! We’ll definitely be back.

Very quiet and peaceful location. It is very close to the lakes. The string lights and ev charger were a blessing. My friends and I greatly enjoyed staying here. I would recommend this site!

Overall, the site was good. We loved that it had electricity and water hookups! It was a little farther out than we had expected. It did say it was 30 minutes away from Paso, but it was more like 40 minutes because you have to drive slower with an RV through all the hills, etc. Campsite was clean and very quiet. Site #1 was clearly better and had a nice view of nearby vineyards, but Site #2 was nice. We brought our dogs and we did not expect all the foxtails. That is more our fault as we are used to camping near the beach and/or at an RV facility with lots of concrete. It was a little hotter here than in Paso, so we only enjoyed the outdoors in the earlier part of the morning. There was really nothing close by as far as restaurant or grocery store, so you really had to be prepared. Also, cell service was very poor (SOS mode). We brought our Starlink and hooked it up for WiFi and that worked well.

Susan and Jeffrey‘s land offers a private and unique experience at boasts a breathtaking view of the stars at night. They provide chairs and other campsite nice to haves. I camped in a tent, but it looks to be very easy to get in and out with bigger vehicles as well like campers or vans. Also, the stars are not the only beautiful thing. The sunrise and sunset are beautiful as well.

Peaceful and quiet. Amazing sunsets and sunrises! I took my family to their first time camping and they had a blast. I personally really enjoyed it. Access to electrical outlets and potable water were huge pluses. It’s also quite a ways away from light pollution, so we were able to get some good shots of the Milky Way. Would recommend this spot!

Fantastic experience with Susan and Jeffery and their awesome spot! Incredibly scenic, a ton of space to ourselves, and GPS and signage were surprisingly reliable, despite getting to the site much later than planned and in complete darkness. Super cool setup all around with everything mentioned on the listing. Thanks for the great spot- hope to come back soon!

We love the gorgeous views of the hills and vineyards that surround you. The night skies are gorgeous and the oak trees provide plenty of shade during the day. Great place to wind down and go wine tasting 30 minutes drive away. Central California at its best.

2nd time and it was just as enjoyable. Temp was around 93F, in the shade with a breeze wasn't to hot. Evening was amazing.

South County getaway trip…

Nice semi secluded camp site in the oaks.. We were in site #2… Site was a little sloped which made leveling a little bit of work but manageable as we have lots of leveling blocks… Had to back our rig out as one of the oak trees limbs were a little low and it was a tight squeeze because of a properly line fence and and the oak tree… Had a power issue while we were there it was a low voltage issue which tripped our surge protector a couple of times. I mentioned it to Susan hopefully they get it figured out.. All in all it was a very nice getaway we enjoyed our 3 days of camping plenty of wildlife and a nice campsite with power and water, although we did not use but loved the fire pit and the lights hanging in the trees… We will book with them again next time we will try site #1
