10 acre hobby ranch in a secluded area of California- 1 hour from Sacramento and 2 hours to San Francisco yet worlds away from city life. Horses, goats, a 2 acre pond and pool to experience from the comforts of a tiny house on wheels. Wifi is available but about once a month it does go out so please just mentally prepare yourself that you might not have wifi when here. Cell service doesnt really work either unless you are Sprint. Att and Verizon get 1 bar in certain areas of the property This is a place to disconnect but not have to go without modern luxuries of hot water, electricity etc :)

A tiny house within a pasture with 2 Horses that are super friendly and will come up to the deck. Tiny house looks out over a 2 acre pond. Tons of wildlife, especially birds. Hawks, Bats, Turkeys, Egrets, Bald Eagles (seasonally), and a lot of other birds we just dont know their names- maybe you can help us identify? Secluded and Peaceful, like stepping into another world

Enjoy the outdoors with luxury amenities in our guest cabin. Our ranch is on 10 acres and we back up 440 acres so plenty room to roam. We are 1 hour from Sacramento and 2 hours from San Francisco yet worlds away from city life. You can see the stars here at night and hear all that mother nature offers here. We have a 2 acre pond on the property as well as a pool for our guests- furry guests can enjoy both too We have Wifi but about once a month it does go down and sometimes it can take a day or 2 to get back up- so just keep this in mind when booking :) (Cell service is 1 bar in certain areas with Verizon/Att- Sprint seems to work a lot better out here)

Silence is golden

Tiny House Raven Bear Ranch

This was such a cute place. My fiancée and I got the quiet time we needed. Everything was so clean and it felt so much like home for a little weekend getaway. We will definitely go back. I didn’t get to take a bath outside so I’m saving it for next time!

Relaxing Tiny Home Nature Getaway

Tiny House Raven Bear Ranch

Raven Bear Ranch was the perfect getaway from city life and not too far from the Sacramento area. The drive in takes you through lovely back country, farm roads with lakes and fields around every turn. The tiny house was easy to find using the directions from the site and just remote enough without being off the map. The tiny home is on a huge plot of land with gorgeous views all around. The front porch has a barbecue, lounging area, fire pit, and plenty of space to enjoy the surrounding views. We really enjoyed the outdoor bathtub, that fills up with nice hot water too so even on the chillier days you can still take in the views and get a good soak in . The tiny home itself is perfect for just a couple people with a full kitchen, great size bathroom with shower, and a lounge room with TV and speaker, not to mention a personalized card to me and my friend! The loft part of the home has a ladder on each side; a full queen size bed with plenty of room to sprawl out and the other side with a little reading/ sunny nook with windows all around, perfect for taking a afternoon nap. The property itself is massive and there is so much to explore; there are fruit trees all over the property, a large swimming pool, beautiful pond for fishing, goats and horses to feed and play with, as well as wineries not too far away! This place has all the comforts of home, with all the added bonuses of being smack dab in the middle of nature. Meredith and her mother were the best hosts and I would gladly go back and spend more time there!
