Clean, flat land. Campsites are well taken care of and it was a great place for a first outing with our new trailer. We already book another stay in site #2. Would highly recommend!

Peaceful camp outing !

We wanted to try something new instead of a big campground and hopefully something close to our son’s family. We heard of Hipcamp from friends and looked it up . Found Joseph’s place in Occidental with 3 separate sites, all with water and electrical hookups, which were a bonus. I had many questions since this was our first time with Hipcamp and Joseph was quick to respond. Sites #2 & 3 are in our opinion a great setup for travel trailers and all 3 for camper vans. If you want some peace and quiet from the outside world , this is the place 😊

Good location between the coast, Santa Rosa and Russian River. Was pretty good view of stars at night too. space 3 is tucked in a little below the other 2 sites. so pretty private even with others there. Almost missed the turn in. it is pretty narrow looking with the plants around there is small address sign with a tent on it need to be going slow to see it. But ended up plenty of room for our 26’ trailer and the close to get through.

Beautiful property!! The flowers were in bloom, and there was a full moon shining and it made for quite the sight. Another person was camping on the property, but it still felt very private. Nice and quiet. Potable water is available. Would definitely return :)

I loved staying here! The property is a beautiful oasis not far from the city, and the quails kept the cats entertained. Joseph is a great host. He's very kind and responsive to any questions you may have. Make sure you follow Joseph's instructions to get to the property if you're towing a trailer.

The property itself is stunning—lush, vibrant, and full of life. There are fruit trees scattered throughout and an abundance of flowering plants that give the entire space a serene, tropical feel. It was like stepping into a hidden jungle oasis, surrounded by greenery and the peaceful sounds of nature. The space was well-maintained and thoughtfully laid out, making it easy to relax and enjoy the natural beauty around me. Joseph was friendly, helpful, and very quick to respond to any questions I had. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful and calming retreat.

If you are looking for off the beaten path and a quiet place to camp this is your place. We enjoyed our stay for the night and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. It was nice having power to run the electric. We had spot #3 but I think spot #2 is the best out of the 3. I picked a few lemons before we left and they are some of the best lemons I’ve had.

An Occidental dream!

We had a wonderful stay at this Hipcamp in Occidental! The campsite was super comfortable—clean, well-maintained, and we especially appreciated the picnic table and café lights, which made evenings feel extra cozy. It was also incredibly close to town, so we loved being able to pop over and wander through all the fun little shops. Great spot, would definitely come back!

Quiet and comfortable.

I stayed here during the summer and loved it. So when I found out I needed to be in the area again, I didnt hesitate to reserve my space and go again. This site is some quiet and comfortable. I had the place to myself so I was able to let me dogs run about and play. And they happily ate some of the downed apples that were on the ground.

Such a peaceful getaway!

We had a wonderful experience at Rancho Laslendini, even with all 3 RV spots occupied, it was still secluded enough that we felt like the only ones there. It's such a peaceful, quiet and beautiful orchard, there were so many apples in the trees that they were falling to the ground all night. Tons of beautiful birds to watch. It was only an overnight trip but we absolutely loved the location.

This was a great quiet location not far from the coast. Very clean and tidy and many fruit trees to pick from. The night skies were beautiful! It was a perfect get away for my husband and I to relax and enjoy.

What a lovely little oasis. Tucked away, private, clean, and full of beautiful apple trees. Joesph’s land was in such a great location from downtown Occidental with access to Bodega Hwy. Good place to have our pups. Thank you for the warmth and relaxed vibes. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect setting for rest!

It was so hard to leave such a beautiful and peaceful place.. WE are so very glad that we found this sweet spot in Occidental, California. Joseph was amazing and answered all of our questions ahead of time. Great communication. After meeting both he and his wife, we knew it was going to be a great stay. We had the best spot ever, so secluded, private and quiet right in the middle of a gravenstein orchard surrounded by eucalyptus trees, redwoods & yucca plants.. Our 11 days were perfect for the rest we needed and it was only 12 miles away from our children and grandchildren in Sebastapol. We highly recommend Rancho Laslendini. We rate it a 5 star HIp Camp. Can't wait to return next year for a full month.

I love how quiet the property is and it's located in an absolutely gorgeous place. Apples from the trees were a tasty treat and I found lovely hiking nearby. In the evenings I walked the dogs along the one lane country road and it was delightful. Love the dark sky and so many stars. A word to the wise on arrival, the sign with the street number is very challenging to find so look sharp! If you miss it it's a very narrow road and the loop to try again pretty steep and twisty and long.

This was a nice stop on the way back from the coast. Easy in and out, lovely location. The three spots are relatively close together, but our site (2) still seemed quiet and secluded. I would stay here again.

Definitely An Orchard Paradise

We would definitely stay at this HipCamp again. It was so peaceful and quiet. The star gazing was glorious and we loved being amongst the apple trees. Our campsite #2 was definitely big enough and our three dogs loved the space to roam. I highly recommend Rancho Laslendini, Orchard Paradise in Wine Country.

Picturesque Country Orchard Camping

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful orchard. It's such a unique setting for camping! The neighboring site was somewhat visible and a bit more vegetation or fencing in between would have made it feel more private. However, it was still more privacy than most parks give you. The country road, with its lovely homes and towering trees, was nice for walking our pups, but we did need to be mindful of the occasional cars zipping through. We saw deer and were highly entertained by a family of quail right by our campsite. It's a very quick drive to Bodega Bay, which is just an awesome place to visit. We highly recommend this camp!

Peaceful Nights sleep

Very peaceful spot. Was fun to see the quail running around the yard. An easy 20 minute drive to the beach and good restaurants with farm stands along the way. If in the area we would stay again.

Beautiful spot in the orchard amongst the apple trees. Lovely picnic table and hanging lights are a nice touch. Owner's directions were very clear. Would highly recommend!
