Star Hosts are highly rated, responsive, and committed to providing incredible experiences.
Welcome nature lovers, adventurers, foragers, outdoor-enthusiasts, rock hounds, bird watchers, and tree huggers. If you love to fish, hike, forage, raft, swim, kayak, camp, go tubing, or explore, Radio Ranch is a must-experience respite in the woods. We are conveniently located between Portland, OR and San Francisco, CA, between Eureka, CA and Redding, CA. We are 15 minutes from Willow Creek, 1 hour from HWY 101 and 2.5 hours from I-5. Our one of a kind, 100% off-grid luxury campsites offer complete privacy and views you can't get anywhere else!   Each site is located creek-side. Take in the sights and sounds of our *two* large waterfalls on a hike through 30 beautiful acres. Our light show at dusk lasts approximately 3 hours each evening because we believe that nighttime should be just as beautiful as the day. Breathtaking views of Ironside Mountain make a gorgeous backdrop for weddings, events, and photoshoots. Each site rental comes with shared access to gorgeous, modern off-grid showers, restrooms, and an outdoor kitchen with BBQs and a wood-fired pizza oven plus public space that is Instagram worthy. Free WIFI is also included, so it is perfect for remote workers.   Check-in is contactless and simple. We only allow 2-10 guests on the property at once, so it's peaceful and quiet and feels like it's all yours! Don't wait to book because space is very limited. Treat yourself to a stay with us. Radio Ranch is the perfect place to get away from it all, while still having it all. Relax and rejuvenate at Radio Ranch. *Recommended for ages 21+. Children under 21 must be accompanied by a guardian. Pets are welcome for a small pet fee! This is an off-grid experience, meaning there are no electrical outlets. We recommend bringing a backup battery to charge devices. This experience may not be suitable for those who need electricity for medical equipment.

Radio Ranch is such a wonderful spot! The hosts have put a lot of thought and effort into the smallest details. We loved the solar lights around the forest at dusk, the trail walk to see the waterfalls, and extra amenities provided with the pet fee. Can't wait until the next time we can stay again!

Beautiful and cozy!
We loved our time at Radio Ranch! The weather was cold and wet but our tents were warm and comfortable. The hosts were very kind to put gas heaters in our tents at no extra charge. The beds were super comfy and cozy. The highlight, though, was the stunning setting. The campsite is set on a gorgeous piece of land and our kids (even our teens!) had so much fun exploring the woods and the stream. We would book it again in a heartbeat. The only disappointment is that there was no Big Foot spotting. Maybe next time!

Please read all of this with the context that there was an unexpected freeze and temperatures were at or below freezing for the duration of our stay. If coming during the winter heed the warning about arriving before dusk. In winter this leaves a very narrow window between the 3:00 check in and darkness so head over to the general area early and get an early dinner in a nearby town. Navigating to the location right dusk was difficult and had we arrived any later we would not have found it and/or would have hit something on the way into the property. Bedding and beds were very comfy and everything was extremely clean and well thought out. Remember you are off grid - so in the winter you’re going to be in low light (candle and some battery powered devices included) almost immediately after you arrive if in winter. The light show lasted for a very brief time as the lights are solar charged. If you are heading this way and temps are set to drop below freezing and you wisely look ahead at the forecast (unlike myself) then make sure you are equipped with long underwear and ALL the warm things. However I would not recommend it. Plenty of blankets were provided but the tiny adorable stove made no dent in the inside temperature once the temps dropped so low. The bundle of mini wood is the size of one normal hefty piece. Again temps were in the freeze zone. I would love to come back again in Spring or early Fall so I could enjoy the lovely space properly.

Amazing glamping trip!
Very beautiful and clean glampsite! Everything was well stocked and maintained and felt like we were right in the middle of the woods with no one else around. The property has some nice hiking trails and it’s in a nice location with lots of attractions just a little drive away. My boyfriend and I had a fun time just camping and cooking on the charcoal grill and using the communal kitchen! Used some farm fresh eggs from the hosts too!

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Radio Ranch!!! The yurt campsites were all super adorable and everything was well accommodated. The communal spaces were so creatively decorated and incredibly cozy and welcoming. Lots of whimsical areas to explore and also spots to chill and relax. The hosts were always quick to respond to requests and very friendly. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be coming back again!
