We bought this Land to be able to enjoy the outdoors more often and we love Julian apple pies and Orchards there is so much to do so close by! Learn more about this land: This camp spot has a 20x20 foot cabin /shed structure to sleep in . There is a pull out sofa sleeper and several other chairs and sleeping bags inside. There’s is a bathroom /toilet out house 20 feet outside the cabin . There is no electricity or running water but there is a generator and water tank on site. This is real camping so bring drinking water toilet paper. Wood to burn in fire pit. You are welcome to use any supplies that are around. You have 2 acres to roam around with nobody around. There is a food and supply store down the street at Stagecoach RV resort. There is a perimeter fence for privacy and that’s about it. Very peaceful and safe area .

    Pacific Crest Trail Rest Oasis
    Eric was super responsive and thoughtful. He left us extra firewood which we definitely ended up needing and was a life saver! The basketball court was clutch, the outhouse was clean and sheltered from the elements. It did get very cold in the evenings so i would pack lots of warm clothes, otherwise it was an ideal spot right near the park with amazing star gazing!
