Tuck into 25 acres of certified organic mandarin and grape farmland in the heart of the San Joaquin Valley. This is a true boondocking experience—no water hookups, no restrooms, no frills—just a quiet, cozy spot set back from the road and surrounded by trees. The farm is a working operation, so you may hear occasional field activity, but mostly you’ll have peace and space to unwind. The owner is hands-off; come here to disconnect. Every season brings something beautiful: citrus blossoms perfume the air in spring, grapevines fill the vineyard rows in summer, and mandarins hang heavy on the trees through winter. Day trips don’t get much better than this. The Kings River is just minutes away—perfect for swimming, kayaking, floating, or just sitting on the bank. Yosemite and Kings Canyon National Parks are both about 90 minutes away when you’re ready to explore. What to know: • No water, electric, or sewer hookups • No restroom facilities—please pack accordingly • Quiet hours are respected • Working farm—occasional daytime activity Come for the solitude. Car Camping in the Orange Grove

We loved car camping on CJ's land! Our site was nestled underneath a huge pine tree along the orange grove. It was quiet, the only noise came from above with red-tailed hawks soaring. Less than five minutes away was Reedley Beach, perfect for wading and cooling off on a hot day. The perfect stop on your way to Sequoia National Park!

Level lot among the orage orchard, mix of sand and grass. Easy to book and CJ was in touch to ask if we had any questions or problems. Great directions. Quiet spot, could hear the coyotes howling in the evening. Would definitely come back
