Best for self-contained campers. There are no toilets, showers, or potable water at this Hipcamp.
This camping spot is quiet, beautiful and peaceful. You will be surrounded by nature but also within walking distance to a store and near the Sequoia National Forest for hiking activities. Enjoy fresh running streams, rolling hills and wild berries in the area. Mineral springs and hot tubs should hopefully be opening Fall 2024. Property at Pineflat has a flat area you can park by the camper and pitch your tent anywhere beneath a beautiful oak tree or any flat area. Located right across the road from the church at Pineflat. Photos #2 & 3 are of the property. The others are of the area and the drive up. Just down the way (about 150-200 feet from the property) there is a store that is usually open 8am-5pm, Seven Oaks Market, where they serve food most days and can buy a few things you may need and handmade goods. When you come up Pineflat from California Hot Springs, the property will be right across from the church. Enjoy the peace and beauty of the area. Visit the 100 giants or enjoy the streams and the beautiful drive up the rolling hills and National Park Sequoia area or Kern River area. This camping spot is on a property at the entrance of a small mountain community. You'll be within walking distance to a store and near the Sequoia National Forest for hiking activities. Enjoy fresh running streams, rolling hills and wild berries in the area. Mineral springs and hot tubs should be opening Fall 2024. Property has a flat area so that you can enjoy your tent camping, park and camp beneath an oak tree. Located right next to the church at Pineflat in a residential mountain community area. The neighbor is front has horses and there are 2 properties on the side. Photo # 3 is the view from the property on which you may see horses sometimes and photos #5-8 are of the old camper and property. The others are of the area and the drive up. Just down the way (about 100 feet from the property) there is a little store and restaurant usually open 8am-5pm, Seven Oaks Market, where they serve food/tea/coffee til 3 pm and have Wi-Fi if you need. When you come up Pineflat from California Hot Springs, the property will be right across the road from the church to the left of the oak tree. Enjoy the peace and beauty of the area. Visit the 100 giants or enjoy the streams and the beautiful drive up the rolling hills and National Park Sequoia area. Other things to note: It is facing a dirt road which leads into the small mountain town community just the ways down from the local store. Please enter property from the left side of the oak tree or you can park by the left side of the red posts. You can camp anywhere by the camper or up top. You can use the firepit that is by the camper if you'd like. They sell wood at the store or you can use some of the branches that are in a pile behind the camper left side bottom of the hill.
