Our Monte Rio Tiny Cabins are... Glamping at it's best! The two charming, sweet, tiny sleeping cabins, or a small camping trailer are perfect for a warm and comfortable stay. Each tiny cabin boasts either... a queen bed (Camp Serenity) or 2 twin beds (Camp Tranquility)... Each tiny cabin has..... a water closet, micro closet, microwave, micro-fridge, Keurig type coffeemaker, heat, tiny deck, outdoor shower, outdoor seating, umbrellaed table, chimenea (use may be restricted or forbidden during fire season), and Weber barbecue. The Camping Trailer has... a king size bed , a small kitchen, a bath with a full size shower, a TV, radio, jacks for Smart Phones. There is a lovely deck, with a tent enclosed Queen size bed for additional sleeping, (additional charge). Private parking spots, linens, toiletries, towels, robes, coffee and tea, creamer, and sugar, cups, and WI accessibility available. We are located in the lovely, little hamlet of Monte Rio, within walking distance of: *the public beach *the private neighborhood beach *the community center (venue for many Monte Rio weddings and celebrations) * Barlett's Market *tennis and pickle ball courts *Lightwave Coffee & Kitchen *The Highland Dell Hotel *The Boho Manor Hotel (formerly the Village Inn), with the Boho Club Bar Monte Rio is just a short drive to: *Northwood's Golf Club *Bia's Cafe *Northwood's Restaurant and Bar *Monte Rio US PO The town of Ville Grande, a delightful walking hamlet The quaint village of Duncans Mills -with it's many shops *Cape Fear Restaurant *The Blue Heron Pub *The Christopher Queen Art Gallery *Duncans Mills Community Market ......Just a short drive to the full service town of Guerneville, with the super market of Safeway, many restaurants, shops, banks, gas stations, and post office.Monte Rio Cottages, Cabins, and Camps The Site: The Monte Rio Cottages is a vintage, Russian River, family operated resort. The little resort is contained in a 1/2+acre, perimeter fenced lot. Aside from the 2 tiny cabins, and camping trailer, there are 4 cottages. The hamlet of Monte Rio: All of this is set in the beautiful little hamlet of Monte Rio, within walking distance to beaches, a market, tennis and pickle ball courts, bars, restaurants, and coffee shops, with a world class golf club, Northwoods, a short 5 minute drive away. Monte Rio is centrally located for the Sonoma County visitor! It is close to Ville Grande, Duncan's Mill, Occidental, and Guerneville. It is only a 15-20 drive to the coast at Jenner. The Cottages, Cabins, and Camps are a great place to call home while you are visiting the Russian River Valley, and all of it's bounty! Camp Serenity, the Cabin: Camp Serenity is one of two lovely camps with tiny sleeping cabins. Each tiny cabin is only (120 sq ft), yet a fully equipped. The Tiny Cabin is an insulated, heated, tiny, clamping cabin, with a micro closet, microwave, mini fridge, coffee/tea service; with a Keurig coffee maker, outdoor shower, w/c, hand sink. Camp Serenity has comfortable queen bed, nice linens, including robes, towels, etc. There is an iron, hair dryer, and bath amenities. If you need anything while you are staying with us, please just let us know. Laundry Service: Although we do not have a washer/dryer available, we can arrange for a laundry. "fluff and fold" service for $4.50/lb. Let us know, and we will pick up your laundry in the morning and have it back to you by afternoon.

Camp Tranquility Tiny GlampingCabin

I stayed here on the chilly thanksgiving weekend and the tiny house was warm and cozy! It's a cute place and has everything you need. I'd definitely go back. FYI - be sure to get the exact directions before you get into Monte Rio; my cell service was spotty there.

Camp Serenity, Tiny Glamping Cabin

Our campsite was such a great location! Was a little noisy on one of the evenings from the nearby restaurant(wedding reception) but ended early. Otherwise, the camper was super cozy and had everything we needed, also our dog enjoyed it!

Perfect location and quaint vibe

I loved this quaint cozy tiny cabin! The pictures can make it seem a bit larger than in reality - it sure is tiny, but definitely just enough room for 2 people. The vibe with cute lights outside, yellow cabin, old style decor and paintings, made it especially cozy and cute! Amenities with towels, bathroom items, an outdoor fire pit, outdoor seating, fridge, microwave were all great. The outdoor shower was surely an experience too - the water was very tricky to keep warm so prepare for a potential cold shower! Perfect location too - walking from two different main Russian River beaches plus a couple decent eats. For better eats and activities I’d suggest heading into Guerneville but if you’re just staying for the river this cabin and town has all you need! J M is a fantastic host - highly recommend staying at her place

Such a kind and thoughtful host! Absolutely loved this little cabin. The outdoor shower and chimnea were my favorite! Tiny house, but beautiful little yard area and walking distance to so many fun places. We’ll be back!

Glamping experience

Camp Serenity, Tiny Glamping Cabin

The site is surrounded by the Redwood forest. The place serene, clean, and unique. The outdoor shower was a plus. There are an outdoor chimney and a gas grill. The picnic area is very nice. The river is not very far for swimming, kayaking, etc. Will definitely come back.
