I pulled in after dark as I was just driving home from a surf trip in Southern California. It was so nice to arrive to a clean peaceful site! And the camp bathroom is beautiful! In the morning it was so nice to have a café serving coffee, but also beautiful spaces to hang out! The tables and chairs indoor are great and there's patio in the front and back and a little green lawn area was perfect for some morning yoga!

Overall a great campsite
I love this location overall. a. it' conveniently located very close to DT city of Shasta, and by the main road b. really like the covered camping spot, and it has plug for EV's you can charge over the night. c. the amenities are great, you got everything in the shared kitchen with the hostel folks. The only downside is that this is close to a railway, during the night, there are training passing by a couple of times, even worse, they make really loud horns.

Beautiful grounds but facilities in need of attention. Our code didn't work for the bathroom so we didn't have access to showers. We had to use the bathroom in the kitchen, amd the sink was clogged. I also noticed the kitchen sink was faulty, and I wish the kitchen would have had more amenities such as a coffee maker. Otherwise we were thankful for a safe spot to camp downtown.

Cool site. Easy access to clean bathroom and hot shower. No open fires at individual sites, but there is a kitchen and a communal fire pit for gathering. We camped in our car so can't say much about how it feels to camp tent. Would gladly stay here again.

accesible and amenities but crowded
This is a good site if everything else is full, it’s nice to have bathrooms and showers but it’s basically camping in a parking lot. Needs some more nature to feel like good camping

I loved the sense of community here. The fire pit was so nice, and everyone gathered around and chatted and it made for such a lovely evening! It was great getting to meet new people and hear about what adventures we all were having. The bathrooms were really nice! I appreciated having a nice clean shower at a tent campsite.

Camping here for a night while we were on a road trip and passing through Shasta was perfect. We stayed in a tent “campsite”. It was very small but fine for a night. Hanging out at the bar/cafe or by the fire pit had a nice community feel. Staff were very nice and accommodating.

Great vibe but not private or quiet
Overall I had a good time but found the place to be crowded mostly with motel guests that made a bit of noise. Campsites very close together and not very private. The amenities were great but needed some attention like emptying the waste bins in the kitchen and bathroom, cleaning out the guest refrigerator and kitchen shelves. I appreciated being having my dogs inside the common area which had AC since there was a major heat wave happening.

Nice place! Located in town and adjacent to nice motel rooms. Site is covered and flat, included picnic table and chairs as well as an awesome community fire pit and lawn area. Lawn games and nice BBQs are available. Enjoyed meeting other guests and roasting s’mores around the fire pit! Would recommend.

LOGE is nice & a bargain.
I really like my covered campsite at LOGE. Power & lights available. A very nice community kitchen. Cafe on site. Bathrooms & showers were clean and in good working order. Close proximity to food & drink in Mt. Shasta City. It seems to attract more of young folks and outdoorsy types, but as a 62-year-old male, I'd have no problem staying here again. And it was one-third the cost of the cheapest hotel I could find.

Not what we expected
It would be more fair if the pictures had a true representation of the place. It’s basically some spaces in a parking lot . We drove in and drove away. I emailed to give our space to someone who needed it. Lost $50 but learned a lesson .

Not a real campground but some kind of shelter with 5x5m. Neighnors very close but clean warm showers :) Highway and train terribly loud at night

Kinda Camp
Unfortunately, the campsite I ended up with was basically a glorified slab of cement on the side of the hotel. Site #10, listed as ADA accessible, did not list that meant the entire site would essentially be concrete patio.

The lodge is glamping at its finest. Easy to set up, access to outlets, a gas bonfire, communal kitchen, and morning coffee from the cafe. You won’t be in the rugged outdoors here, but it’s a convenient and pleasant place to relax, roast some mallows and enjoy the ease of access to the cycling, climbing, and hiking around Mt. Shasta

Parking lot camping but with lots of perks. Just know you will not be in the wilderness. We loved using the Traeger grills and fire pits. My wife had trouble with the door code for the bathrooms and showers but in it was really clean and nice. Full kitchen to use as well.

Horrible campsites and tweekers
The sites are right on top of each other so when a group of people roll in with a trailer at 1245 and take an hour to set up you will not get any sleep. There are absolutely no rules or any workers/employees to help or make sure people are being quiet. This is the worst campsite I have ever stayed at, hands down. The sites are not set up for trailers/adventure vans but they are allowed anyways. Also, there were tweekers camping just a couple of spots over (so approx 20’ away) which didn’t make me feel safe, especially with the lack of employees present. Oh and there were screaming children until around 11 as well. The bathrooms/showers were very nice but odd to access.
