Upper Lake is a sleepy little town surrounded by lakes and wilderness but just a half hour from major freeways. The lot is in town with mature fruit trees, a creek in back and friendly live-and-let-live neighbors. Nearby Clear Lake is great for boating and fishing and nearby Blue Lakes are breathtaking and pristine, great for swimming. The town a few blocks away has a hip high end-ish restaurant with local bands most nights and weekends, and some great little shops including grocery with deli.The wide entry gate opens into a shaded area along one side, sunny area on the other. It’s a deep lot with room for 2 groups to have privacy. Seasonal fruit and grapes. The toilet is composting canister type; I’ll deal with the solid and you dump out the liquids. There will be a solar shower soon. Through the back gate are grapes and a little 3-season, very clean creek kids can play in. Tiny careful campfires might be okay depending on risk level that week. It’s a sweet, good vibes spot
