Snuggled into the back roads of Julian and nestled between open lots leaving just enough privacy to nearest nieghbor sits my lot of land. Enough space to pull a smaller self contained RV, car camp or pitch a small tent. There is a picnic table and wornderful mountain view and breeze. Primitive site offer therefore-no water, electric or toilet. What you pack in please pack out.Beautiful humble spot nestled between open lots of land that surround it. Neighbors are far enough away to still maintain privacy but close enough to see that you aren't in the boonies. Only a few miles from Julian its a perfect mellow spot to have as a base. Primitive, so no electric, water or toilets. What you pack in, pack out. Great for small RV, Car camp or smaller low key tent. Due to fire risks no fires permitted, no excptions. There is a picnic table and fantastic mountian view that is complimented with a wonderful breeze. Julian recognized as a Dark Sky location and the site is perfect for just that. Perfect for the most basic Rest and Relaxation.

This was a great place to sleep and stargaze for us since we had a self contained vehicle. Very central to hikes and downtown restaurants. We’ll be back! Thx

Great spot for a solo camper or even a couple. Definitely for smaller vehicles but not bad at all. The views at night were amazing and you have plenty of privacy. Only downside to this location is it is a bit tricky to find when using GPS. If there were additional signs that showed this is the property for camping it would be a perfect 5 out of 5 stars. I would say 4.7 out of 5
